What we liked:
Hotel location;
Gorgeous landscapes from the room window;
Pool area;
Spacious swimming pool;
Spacious room;
The pool is properly planned;
Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.;
The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.;
Relaxing massage;
There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.;
Your requests are being listened to.
What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

PPengguna TetamuThis is actually an AirBnb type place. Not a problem, just something to be aware of. I had a a plan to ”leave my bags” at the hotel because I arrived long before 2pm check in. But I discovered that it's just rooms with self check-in; you get the key from a lock box and let yourself in. Fortunately, my room was ready and I could already occupy the room. Again, not a bad thing necessarily, just be aware. The room was very clean, modern, felt cozy and nice. Very local area, middle of nowhere, with a chicken farm 10 meters away (bring ear plugs...) It's really in the middle of nowhere so expect to walk or somehow find a tuktuk to shuttle you out of there. However, the guest manager with I was emailing was very helpful and even arranged for a motorbike to be delivered to me. Overall nice place, would recommend if you want something peaceful and quiet.

1.위치 : 알로나 비치에서 멀리 떨어져있다보니 마사지 무료픽업 드랍에 편도 300페소 추가해서 이동했어요.
2.시설 : 룸컨디션 너무 좋고 밝아서 화장하기에도 최고였어요. 매트랑 침구도 좋았고 싱글에 베게를 2개씩 주어서 쾌적했어요.
3. 수영장 : 물이 깨끗하고 수시로 관리를 하고 있어서 물놀이하기 넘 좋았어요. 다른 리조트에서는 물에 아예 안들어 갔거든요.
4. 식사 : 조식포함이었는데 간단하지만 포만감있게 맛있었고 그 외 식사들도 언제든지 주문해서 먹을 수 있어서 너무 좋았고 맛있었어요.
5. 서비스 : 직원들 모두 친절하고 번화가가 아니라 가까운 곳은 호텔 픽드랍을 해 주었고 먼곳은 툭툭이를 불러줬어요. 그랩은 잘 안불러짐.
6. 총평 : 조용하고 편안하게 쉬고 싶을 때 또 묵고 싶은 리조트이지만 번화가랑은 멀어서 불편한 점도 있었어요. 물놀이 하기에 좋은 리조트이고 편도 400페소로 ICM에 쇼핑하러 다녀왔는데 가까운 곳에서 돌아다니며 노는 걸 좋아해서 다시 알로나비치 쪽으로 숙소를 옮겨서 놀았어요.
주변이 산이라 모기가 너무 많아서 하루에 약 10마리는 잡은 것 같아요. 전기모기향을 요청해서 피해를 줄이세요ㅜ
추천하고싶은 리조트이고 모기가 최고의 단점인 리조트입니다.

PPengguna TetamuA estadia foi ok. Foi fácil alugar mota para ir dar uma volta a Panglao. A zona é remota mas perfeita para quem quer tranquilidade.
A comida não é boa mas há vários sítios perto para ir comer como o KAHU para pequeno-almoço e o Bee Farm para almoço e jantar.
A piscina é muito agradável.
Apesar da estadia ter corrido bem, o hotel dá White Lotus vibes.

PPengguna TetamuCoco Farm was a lovely hostel! Uriel is very passionate about the place and does a great job of assuring his guests get what they need from their stay. For example, they make booking tours incredibly convenient and inexpensive. The overall atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful. It is surrounded by nature and makes you feel like you are out in the jungle. So, this is a perfect place for nature lovers who want a relaxing, yet social stay. They host family dinners every night and you get some yummy, healthy breakfast every morning! It’s worth the stay.

KKimbo11We had the most amazing stay here at the Secret Garden Resort. We stayed in a lodge with private pool which was perfect. Nothing is overly fancy but everything is perfectly functional.
Restaurant on site sells pasta and usual Philippino food. Breakfast is from a set menu, not a buffet. Perfectly fine.
Staff were friendly, helpful and just a whatsapp message away if you needed anything.
Not too far from Alona Beach, the airport or Tagbilaran Port so it was the perfect location for us.
We were honestly sad to leave after 7 nights here and already want to come back!

PPengguna TetamuHotel is right in front of the beach. Even tho there is not much to do in the beach, there are some interesting restaurants if you know how to find them. First hotel to have a toilet seat, tho the toilet still gets smelly. Breakfast included is okay, but appreciated. Staff is friendly.
Find your motorbike from elsewhere cause these ones are a bit too pricey.
Overall nice place.

OOSAMUプールあり、簡単な買物は出来るが周囲は何も無い。
ここだけでは無いが停電するとホテル Wi-Fiは使えない。朝食は美味しい。事前に車を予約してロボックリバークルーズやチョコレートヒルに。パングラオ空港からきて泊まり観光には便利だがフェリーでタグビラランからは戻る感じ。スタッフは親切でした。

unfortunately the room available at that time was a standard room, too narrow for three beds to fit
front office didn’t mention about extra amenities in the hotel like a live band in the evening or fireworks by the beach; we also missed to ask
though premises has a very well manicured garden especially the green sprawling grass, the parking space is very limited to about 20 vehicles or less
towels look shabby and off-white already, needing replacement
in fairness, ala carte food is well prepared and tasty, though the complimentary buffet breakfast is just average sausage, fish, pork and eggs
all in all, the Mexican/Mediterranean vibes of the place makes it unique from other resorts, especially that it has a Dino Park nestled around the well kept trees and gardens
