Location is perfect both for business and leisure purposes: city centter 50 metres from the railway station, large trading center accross the road, walking /food areas and even arthouse cinena nearby. The service is extremely friendly, if needed, extention is given on possibility. Very good sumptioous varietal breakfast for a chain hotel. Room amenities are nice, except maybe for the mattress a bit softer then needed for a spine-health-conscious traveller especially from Asia.

Overall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting. We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument. We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two. The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty. The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish. Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons.

Since we didn’t stay at Studio apartment Centrum Katowice because it was very dirty we choice this hotel and we were very pleased. It’s not in the center and you need a car, we wanted to stay close to highway so it was perfect. I

Great location, view, view from the restaurant, imagine in summer you can see blue sky! I was just missing a kettle and tea/ coffees from the room like I usually have in hotels but asked for and received a kettle. Good spa, thank you

Das Hotel ist etwa 3 Kilometer vom Stadtzentrum entfernt aber lässt sich sehr schnell in wenigen Minuten mit dem Taxi erreichen. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war bis auf paar Kleinigkeiten sehr gut. Weil die Verfügbarkeit der Zimmer im Hotel wohl gut war durften wir einen Late Check Out bis 13 Uhr machen. Tolles und bequemes Bett und eine sehr schöne Regendusche im Zimmer. Das Frühstück möchte ich mit Smoothies und vielen sehr leckeren Dingen sehr lobend erwähnen. Es war sehr sehr lecker. Außerdem wird nach Voranmeldung per Mail auch Rücksicht auf Lebensmittelallergien genommen. In unserem Fall gab es auf vorheriger Nachfrage glutenfreies Brot. Sehr cool! Bardzo przyzwoity pokój z podstawowym, ale też i wystarczającym wyposażeniem. Zaskakująco obszerny pokój , spora łazienka i wygodny prysznic Czajnik oraz zestaw herbat i jak kto lubi rozpuszczalna kawa umilają wieczór i poranek Polecam

Przyjemny hotel, czyste pokoje. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Bardzo dobre śniadania, duży wybór. Parking darmowy na miejscu.

Lokalizacja obiektu super w samym centrum i to chyba jest jego największy atut. Dostałem na start upgrade pokoju do większego. Myślę sobie: wow, super! Cóż z tego, kiedy umywalka w łazience przytkana a widok na Spodek, którym tak chwali się hotel, niestety nie dla mnie, bo pokój akurat od strony północnej, z widokiem na plac, ciężarówki i blokowisko. No szkoda. Uwaga! Hotel nie zapewnia śniadań, bo restauracja jest wyłączona z użytku. Tak, jakby czekał na jakiś większy, generalny remont, który jakoś ciągle nie może nadejść... no cóż, poczekamy, zobaczymy.
