While the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries. However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises. Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

The location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

I had a very good stay at Nobel Design Hotel. The location is excellent for exploring Belgrade on foot, with easy access to the city’s main neighborhoods and attractions. The room was functional, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom may be a little on the small side, but it was still perfectly fine and well designed. The bed was very comfortable, which was a big plus after long days exploring the city. The TV worked perfectly and all the amenities met expectations. The breakfast was good and varied. The only small downside was that the staff could sometimes seem a bit rude or cold in their interactions, although this did not really affect the overall quality of the stay. Overall, it offers very good value for money, with an especially convenient location and a high level of comfort.

Perfect location, but unfortunately the stay had several disappointing issues. The biggest problem was the noise. Music plays in the lobby 24 hours a day, and there’s a nightclub downstairs, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. If you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Another disappointment was the booking policy. There is supposed to be a 24-hour window to amend reservations. Before we even checked in, I requested to shorten our stay and check out one day earlier, but my request was ignored and refused. As a result, we had to pay for a night we didn’t even stay, which felt very unfair. Breakfast was good, but the service wasn’t. We ordered two orange juices and only one was served. We had to ask three times before the second one finally arrived, while the waiter seemed more interested in flirting with other customers than paying attention to our table. The location is excellent, but the noise, poor customer service, and inflexible reservation handling made the experience disappointing. No vacation is perfect, but these issues definitely affected our stay.

入門有特殊香味，個人不太喜歡，初期略感不適。 不過配備了可開啟窗户，能引入新鮮空氣。整體乾淨整潔，床品、衞浴無污漬。 早餐略顯簡陋，口味也不符合個人偏好。 前台英文溝通順暢，反饋的小問題均得到及時妥善處理。 空調温度有一個預設的固定區間，無法調節到區間外。有可能對一些客人來説，温度會有些低。 劃重點：此酒店是我近幾年入住的酒店中，從未見過的，未配備USB接口的一家，建議入住前自備電源轉換器。如果實在忘記，酒店附近有可購買的地方。 酒店門口有很多趟公交車（貝爾格萊德乘坐公交車免費）。 貝爾格萊德景點比較集中，走路可達很多。

Спасибо за все. Пребывание прошло хорошо. Квартира просторная, все необходимое есть для гостей. Отсутствие лифта не смущает, хотя был верхний этаж. Но с тяжелыми чемоданами было бы тяжело подниматься.

Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the spa and valet sections. Super nice spa and gym area with access to the 25m pool, sauna, and hammam included in the booking. The hotel has a kind of old-fashioned and old-money look to it, bathing in history, and so as one could expect from such, it could use a bit of renovation here and there. It really is a good and well-deserved 4-star hotel for sure, for Western European standards. But overall, we had a very pleasant stay, with a very nice breakfast to start off the day. For sure, an unbeatable value for money for such a great hotel in Belgrade.I will 100% come back and recommend this hotel, either for leisure or even for work trips.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere. The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase. Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom. According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.

Отель в парке на воде Дунай, природа шикарная, огромные - красивые деревья в парке шикарные. от дороги до отеля идти мин 5, если много багажа будет не оч удобно, либо договариваться с отелем чтобы встречал их кар. тк это городской парк, где утром, днем,вечером бегают и гуляют люди, а поздно вечером возвращаться в отель жутковато. Рядом остановка до центра города 2 станции, рядом огромный тц с бутиками Зара, Массимо и тд (через парк мин 10-15 идти) Сам отель для своего бюджета норм.
