While the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries. However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises. Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

The location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

Das Hotel ist super professionell, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich fand, das alles wirklich sehr gut war. Im Hilton kann man definitiv bleiben für einen Trip nach Belgrad. Der Service ist top, die Gastfreundlichkeit auf einem sehr hohem Niveau.

Отличный, просторный номер. Изначально мне дали номер на 4м этаже, но на лифте туда не подняться, лифт ходит только до 3 этажа, я попросила замену на номер на 3м этаже, так как чемодан очень тяжёлый, до ресепшена тоже много степеней, это нужно учитывать, мне было тяжело. Мне заменили номер без проблем. Чистый номер, бар есть, многоуровневый свет, горячая вода без проблем. Район старого города. Дорога до отеля вымощена брусчаткой и подъехать к нему вплотную не получится. Придётся идти пешком около 300 метров. Рядом классные рестораны и кафе.

The room turned out to be smaller than I expected. In the first photo there was an extra armchair and a small table, but in reality the room didn’t have them and looked more like the photos shown later. The location is very good and the street is quiet, which I appreciated. Breakfast was in the “it’s okay” category — fine at the beginning, but after 4–5 days the lack of variety becomes tiring. Overall, the hotel is decent, but for a 4-star property I expected a bit more.

Расположение - центр центра. Всего 12 номеров. Персонал очень лояльный и приятный, завтрак королевский (без шуток). Брониронировали номер с зонированием - в итоге дали номер с САУНОЙ :D Не работала лампа на зеркале и полотенцесушитель (мелкин минусы). В целом - 9.5/10 Искать по указателям с улицы, внутри здания лифт на этаж 1.

I booked this hotel at the last minute after my travel plans changed, and it worked out very well. I had a small single room, but it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the room was functional, and the location was very convenient for exploring Sofia. There were a couple of pieces of rubbish left near the window from a previous guest, but given how last-minute my booking was and how quickly they accommodated me, I don't think that's representative of the overall experience. The staff were communicative and helpful, and everything was straightforward from check-in to check-out.

The location is great, the staff was very friendly. Our biggest complaint is that whenever we came back our room constantly smelled like smoke, which is strange because we are non smokers. When we got back home i noticed that even my pajamas also smelled like smoke.

Отель в парке на воде Дунай, природа шикарная, огромные - красивые деревья в парке шикарные. от дороги до отеля идти мин 5, если много багажа будет не оч удобно, либо договариваться с отелем чтобы встречал их кар. тк это городской парк, где утром, днем,вечером бегают и гуляют люди, а поздно вечером возвращаться в отель жутковато. Рядом остановка до центра города 2 станции, рядом огромный тц с бутиками Зара, Массимо и тд (через парк мин 10-15 идти) Сам отель для своего бюджета норм.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere. The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase. Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom. According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
