GGuest UserThe breakfast buffet was really good. There wasn't too many selection but everything was good. The location is the best, it's connected to Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square , so it was perfect for Black Friday. Although there were 2 days where they missed the housekeeping, but after we called they came the next day. But overall it is good.

ZZhishangThe city view twin room is quite large, suitable for family travel, and can accommodate large suitcases. We have been staying in this hotel since we came to Seattle. There are high-end residential areas near the hotel, many places to eat, and several good Chinese restaurants

AAnonymous UserI booked a king-size bed room, but ended up getting a twin-bed room. I was tired from the journey, so I didn't change.
In short, the sanitation is good, the environment is good, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the hotel location is also very convenient

柠柠檬羊The suite is fully equipped, living room, dining table, kitchen, laundry to go downstairs to the coin wash, the hotel front desk service is warm, there is an American breakfast 7-11 points, the location is very good, crossing the road is a big mall, walking a few Minutes are bustling areas, supermarkets, game halls, cinemas, shopping malls, and free parking. The only drawback is that the interior decoration of the house is relatively old. The reason why the house does not know whether it is a carpet is not very good.

GGuest UserThe staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit.
Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall.
The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and hygienic. Although it was not cleaned every day, you could send the dirty towels to the front desk every day and they would be replaced at any time. The hotel provided pots and shovels, as well as coffee pots in time. You had to take care of everything yourself. The service was warm and the room was clean. The breakfast was too simple. In addition to two pieces of cake, the rest was coffee, hot chocolate and tea. It was not breakfast at all. In general, it was clean, the service attitude was good, and it was quiet. Shopping and eating were relatively good. I would patronize it again if I had the chance.
