Hotel ini sangat bersih, selesa, dan sangat santai. Saya dan pasangan saya cuba melepaskan diri daripada segala-galanya sekurang-kurangnya sekali sebulan, dan kami berdua bersetuju bahawa hotel ini adalah teratas dalam senarai kami. Kami pasti akan kembali tidak lama lagi!

My stay at The Holiday inn Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and seamless. The check-in process was efficient, with staff who were both welcoming and knowledgeable about local attractions and dining.

This was a great place. The breakfast was good. It is close to Applebees. It’s close to the interstate and to extra mile arena where my wife and I went to go see Jeff Dunham. It was also my wife’s and I anniversary.

Kamer prima, maar onvoldoende schoon. Niet gezogen onder de bedden en toen we de volgende ochtend gingen ontbijten en terug kwam stond de deur open op de knip. De service was heel goed. Het toilet was verstopt er kwam direct iemand het fixen. Ontbijt- tip koop een set extra wafel machines , want een half uur wachten op een wafel maken en dan naar een heel sjacherijnig hoofd van een keuken personeelslid kijken die al gooiend en smijtend de spullen van het ontbijt opruimd is geen gezellig begin van de dag. Gelijk ook een tip voor de ontbijtploeg. Maak de tafels tussendoor een paar keer schoon. Aan een tafel zitten waar van drie families ontbijtkruimels en stroop opligt is niet zo fris.

Convenient location. Issue is the room is too close to the vent well of the building, very noise in summer time and cannot sleep until 3am. Next time will definitely try a different room.

The staff is amazing and very accommodating and quick to respond to situations that are unpleasing their food option is basic and simple however it would be nice if they were able to add some bacon as well as sausage the beds are extremely comfortable especially after a long trip of driving all night long thank you guys for being so awesome

Hotel had elevator broken at check in. The front desk notify us when check in and ask if we want to stay or cancel. By the time we checking in it hard to find the new place to stay. So, we ask if we want to stay only one night. They let us know that they could not do any refund because we booked through the third party which is trip.com they will not responsible for that refund. So we decide to stay and they place us to the third floor . Then the air condition in the room not working as it should. We notify the front desk to send the maintenance to fix it but still could not fix. Remote control for tv out of battery. They gave us new battery to change it ourself. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and give the feedback as the bad experienced. I’m expecting better service for the comfort inn chain which I have been staying before and never have any problem. This will be the last time for this franchise. Very disappointed 🤢

The room smelled a little musky but the person at the front desk said they had just cleaned the carpets. A couple little things were broken in the room but the shower was good and the bed was super comfy/soft. Slept great! Overall a good experience
