Overall, my recent stay at this hotel was a positive experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to restaurants in walking distance for dining. Despite being so close to these amenities, the hotel itself remained peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided by the hotel was basic but satisfying, with a decent selection of options to choose from. Airport shuttle and price was the main reasons I chose this hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

The free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

The hotel exceeds my expectation! The room is quite large with good amenities, and it gives me $50 dining credit. So I have a big breakfast and the avocado toast in the restaurant is absolute good. The front desk is also really nice and friendly. I feel really worthy and the hotel is well architected with good location. Definitely recommend it to others!

Localización excelente. El personal muy amable. Lo único malo el desayuno que aunque te pone que has cogido desayuno al llegar allí solo tienes crédito para utilizar en el restaurante y el crédito no llega para desayunar. Además atienden a poca gente y hay que esperar para desayunar, el último día tuvimos que esperar una hora.

The hotel is a bit dated. Service is very good. Excellent breakfast (especially. egg white omelet with spinach and mushrooms). Pool is good but lacking a hot tub. Self parking for $39 a night is a bit too.much.

We wanted to stay on Michigan Avenue and found this hotel at a very reasonable price. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and malls nearby, so getting around was very convenient and required very little walking. The room we received was a bit dark since the windows faced the building next door, but aside from that, everything else was very good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely book this hotel again.

I stayed at this hotel last week and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was soft, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was spotless and had a good supply of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
