We only stayed one night before a cruise but we were very pleased with the studio room, how clean the room and facilities were and how nice the front desk staff was. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and easy to access. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is is clean and modern with a free shuttle to airport which is nice. Upon check in I was told that they only do housekeeping every other day which is the first time I have heard this from a hotel and rather strange. I only stayed here for 2 nights so we did not get any housekeeping. There were limited amenities in the room as well like basic toiletries were not provided. No laundry bag, no coffee except for tea bag. But the hotel was clean, just felt it was very minimal to the services provided.

Booked 3 nights here while visiting family in Fort Lauderdale and waiting to fly out, and we were really happy with this hotel. Alana at the front desk helped us find a missing bar stool for our kitchen. 😊 Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hyatt House is geared towards extended stays so the kitchen is full sized and great for self catering, but this location on Dania Pointe is surrounded by restaurants so we ended up eating out quite often! Pool was clean, heated (not necessary in Dania in September but it was ok). Gym was small but ok, mostly cardio, some dumbbells and a bench. Breakfast was decent as chain hotels go, nothing to shout about but ok.

We had a one night layover in Fort Lauderdale and needed a cosy hotel to unwind. This place really hit the spot. Very affordable and we got a huge room! The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff was great and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Classic.We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked good and clean. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and stores. We were especially pleased with the airport shuttle to Fort Lauderdale international airport which runs once every hour. Just make sure to let them know you’ll need it at check inn. Overall we we’re very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel in this area.

When we arrived we checked in and went to the room. I opened the door and immediately smelled something bad . it smelled like urine. I didn”t even go all the way in, but had my friends come up to the door. We knew we couldn”t stay there. Back to the lobby. He was very nice. He gave us another room. It was supposed to be newly renovated, but obviously was not. It smelled better so we stayed there. The breakfast was very good.

a decent hotel for overnight layover for cruise or airport. it's close to both and the hotel offers free shuttle to airport but you must book early. price is decent and hotel is decent but it's busy so there's always a lineup at the counter. Staff are not bad but sometimes slow due to various client requests. If you don't have a car it's a pain to get around as there's not much nearby other than a couple ***** malls and limited eateries. Overall, not bad for what you pay

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The bed was comfortable and the environment was quiet. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would consider staying here again.

Rocky start as there was no airport shuttle available for nearly an hour, I arrived delayed @ 2am so not ideal, had to grab an uber. Staff didn't seem to understand why this was an issue, I'm a woman travelling alone in a foreign country and the shuttle pick up isn't in a high traffic area. The breakfast options are limited, no ability to get food made to order, just scrambled eggs, pork sausage, make your own waffles, bagels, oatmeal and drinks. I don't eat pork but thankfully I had cooking facilities but still disappointing as I was super tired n didn't want to cook every morning. Tea was 3 versions of the same -black tea , until I asked for an alternative, which they had in stock just not on display. Not worth paying for breakfast in my opinion, Dunkin Donuts & Wendys are nearby and much better value for money. Cleaning service was sporadic, requested daily attendance, they came twice in 5 nights, 1st time maid service attended after 6pm - not great. The best thing about the hotel was the pool that I didn't use, it was clean and well maintained. Great for plane watching but shame there's no designated smoking area for guests.

Good breakfast with egg and burger meat. Hotel is aged, carpet in hallways looks unpleasant. Rooms is large with full size sofa bed next to a small corner table while a bigger coffee table would be better. Spacious shower with glass door in the bathroom is a plus. Located within 200m to Walmart and Dollar Tree.
