PPengguna TetamuThe location is close to the beach access and less than 1 miles from Wright memorial.
A lot of nice bar and restaurants in the area, some at walking distance, mostly located at 5-10 minutes drive.
Bill is a wonderful host and he has treated us very well, breakfasts were amazing, every day a different surprise.
Everything super clean, the B&B has been built in the ‘46, perfectly maintained, porch and garden in the backyard amazing! Warmly recommended

PPengguna TetamuThe view was nice. We could see the sunrise and there is a beach right in front. The room was clean without any bug. Breakfast was satisfying. Everything was fine except the wifi. My phone kept disconnecting, but the laptop had a good connection.

PPengguna TetamuWe were happy overall with the accommodations. Check in was simple, the room was spacious and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The kitchen had all the necessities, there was a washer and dryer and they provided detergent. The bathrooms had a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Very nice to see/have.
I was a bit put off by the ants and spiders I killed in the room and the mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets.
Again overall great weekend get away.

SSmithAnnGreat location, easy to find and everything 'as advertised'. Decor in room was very nice, seemed updated! We had very little shower pressure, yet it was enough to actually 'shower'. I'm glad the window shade was heavy duty, it kept the heavy sun out to be as cool as possible. The air was a bit loud and literally hot/cold- we just kept it cooler than preferred to ensure it didn't get/stay hot. it was a GREAT touch they left it on cool for our arrival- thank you! Pool looked inviting, we just couldn't make time to use it. We booked it last minute to join a family vaca opportunity- they were in a bigger house up north, we got as close as we could- great option. We'll be back!!

PPengguna TetamuThe rooms are very basic and have an old-school charm. Our room was satisfactorily clean and had an air purifier in addition to the heat/ac unit, which was appreciated. A hair dryer is provided as well as liquid hand soap and body wash mounted on the walls. No suitcase stand is provided but there is one chair in the room.
Check in was easy and we left the door keys on the dresser at checkout. Our room was located around the back of the motel where it seemed that there were long-term guests that were loud late into the evenings and early in the mornings while the front of the motel appeared to be mostly empty, but the location on Manteo was nice and we were able to walk to several nearby stores and restaurants.

BBrittany WaldroupOur room was super close to the stairs that led to the beach which was awesome. However, the shower was so tiny that I kept touching the cold tile every time I tried to wash myself. The pool was very nice and warm the entire time. Parking was also never an issue, although we did have an issue with the oven. We turned it on to preheat and almost immediately it started smoking and set off the fire alarm. It was easy enough to stop that but we decided to not take the chance with the oven after that
