Excellent hotel - good service, bed is soft, room is spacious & delicious breakfast!

First off this hotel has a great location. You can get on C-470 in just 2 - 3 minutes and access to I-25 is just as easy and takes only 5 or so minutes. Within less than a mile radius is the Park Meadows Mall, several supermarkets/drug stores, more restaurants than you can imagine, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, Ikea, golf courses, bike trails, parks, and so on. The hotel appears to have been updated fairly recently as all finishes in the building looked clean, shiney and quite new. Our room was of average size with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. We especially liked the fact that the shower/toilet area was separated from the bathroom sink area. The room was very quiet as there was no noise from either the outside or from adjoining rooms or the hallway. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, as the slightest noise keeps me awake, but during our stay here I slept like a baby. The front desk personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The only slight minus to our experience was that the breakfast menu was on the light side compared to most other hotels we have stayed in, however the dining space is spacious and clean. In summary, you can't go wrong in choosing to stay at this well managed hotel.

The Assistant manager Monica was extremely helpful and an expert in the position she holds. She was friendly and our stay on the Hyatt was a very good one. The location of the hotel makes it a very good choice for the customers ıs near the hıghway, restaurants and shopping centers. Overall our stay was a pleasant one and ı recommend this hotel highly to others.

The hotel is very clean and daily breakfast was great. Coffee is provided throughout the day. Location is great if you have a car. The room is very spacious and it comes with a kitchen. Idea for a longer stay.

Penginapan saya hebat. Saya tidak pernah diganggu tentang apa-apa yang semuanya berfungsi, dan saya berasa selesa dan selamat. Sayang sekali sarapan ditangguhkan kerana wabak mengeluh walaupun minuman masih ada tho untuk wanita bujang nasib baik ... sp**** datang ke fikiran.

Room was large and clean. Breakfast had good variety with both hot and cold options. Note there is a $10 parking charge per day. This seems like a total cash grab for a hotel that is not downtown.

I stayed at the hotel yesterday evening. Customer service was great! Immediately welcomed by the evening staff Owen and another young woman. I was provided with my key and information about the hotel breakfast and to contact the front desk with any needs. The room was clean and had makeup wipes (yasss!), Dove shampoo, Pur conditioner, Dove body wash, and Dove lotion in the bathroom. I checked out early for my flight and wasn't able to have breakfast. There weren't any issues with noise and the hotel is in great condition. Would definitely recommend and visit again. I got in late so didn't have a chance to look at the full hotel though I did see a nice fitness room. There is also coffee set up in the lobby 24/7 and lots of room to sit and chat with friends/family. Lastly, they have snacks you can purchase (candy bars, soda, water, frozen meals, etc). There is a Starbucks nearby.

I have been to a lot of different Sonesta and I thought this one would be great but the room was dirty the furniture was dusty and the bed was wore out leaning. The staff was rude!

Great hotel, with fabulous service. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!!!
