PPengguna TetamuIt’s perfect from check in to check out! Receptionist Neil is very helpful and very efficient…I have no complaints.. everything in the room is A OKAY…!! If I have to come back toMaine … at Bar Harbor… I’ll be staying in Bat harbor grand hotel for longer days👌👌👌

PPengguna TetamuWe were actually moved to their sister property Cleftstone Inn due to a computer glitch. Both properties were amazing and working with us to make the mistake right. Service! A long lost trait. I would definitely stay here again

PPengguna Tetamu晚上check in的，前台小姐姐很禮貌的給我們介紹。早餐也不錯，兩個option可以選擇，如圖，另一種是鬆餅，飲品很多。房間夠寬敞，夠整潔，睡得舒服。服務也很快，需要什麼用品，去前台找他要就行（電話用不了😂），送的很快。還有桌球室（free）和洗衣機（2.5～3🔪）烘乾機（2🔪）。免費停車！

CCoxDianaStaff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It was in a perfect location. Just a couple minutes walk to my daughter and son.-in-law's farmers market! Fantastic!!!

PPengguna TetamuThe only thing that was very disappointing about the hotel was the breakfast, which was practically non-existent. We get down to breakfast at 8:30 and there was nothing to eat, much less what was supposed to be there. It goes without saying that the hotel includes breakfast because there is nothing to eat in the morning and you have to take that into account.

VVanessa SimoneEs gibt zwar keinen Frühstückraum, dafür eine wirklich gute Auswahl, die man sich aufs Zimmer mitnehmen kann! Kaffee/Wasser/Tee und Snacks an der Rezeption immer zur Verfügung. Helle, saubere und moderne Zimmer. Man läuft in 15 Minuten ins Zentrum. Alles super

YYUEWe stayed at the room in Annex and our group stayed at two rooms.-very clean and new! The room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfortable! The bathroom is small but very clean! We slept very well! The breakfast was grab and go- good for hikers! They have laundry and indoor pool. We didn’t use the pool but it looked big and clean. We didn’t use a lot service, but the staff at front desk was nice when we were asking questions. The only thing is that one of the room has a odor of new renovated room- Luckily we bought a sachet and didn’t stay at room a lot so it was acceptable. The other room was odor free though! Depending on which room you staying I think. There is a Walmart nearby and the Tesla supercharge, however, the route is a one way route in front of the hotel and about 40 minutes driving to the Acadia National park so not very convenient but we are very grateful for the last minute booking d/t plumbing issue at the other place we stayed! Overall good staying experience and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay at a clean and nice Inn- the room we stayed definitely way better than a motel room!!

TTraveling TanThis hotel is conveniently close to the town, it’s a little outdated, the room was musty when we came into it. The coffee machine didn’t work and the door got stuck when going into and out of the room.
