Very nice service and clean place. Very friendly staff. You just need an inside pool and or more bbq pits that area is to small. My family and I have been staying there for the past 2 years and we wanted to bbq but it was already full on both sides due to people staying there for sporting events the pool is way to small.

We went for a wedding and the Christmas holiday and it was absolutely amazing. We got a beautiful view of the South Pole holiday attraction, the happy hour was on point the food was delicious breakfast was custom and complimentary and dinner was excellent and affordable. We tried a little bit of all the food they offered and not one disappointed! The service was super friendly and would greet you in the halls. We had to order a few things and they came quickly the space and the cleanliness was phenomenal. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit the Valley again. It was well worth it and just takes you to another place where you're taken care of.

Actually I was staying there for a couple of hours upon arrival on Sunday night transiting to Mexico on Monday morning, that’s my 2nd stay in this hotel, everything is good and at high CP value, it makes sense for commercial stay. However, one thing I must voice out and ask hotel to get it improved is to that, the water flow on the bathroom no matter from the shower or from the tap was slow, I was staying in the 2nd floor and it was not supposed to be low water pressure, that must be upgraded and fixed immediately as most likely I will be staying again in my trip that higher water pressure and water flow are normally expected.

This is the first time I have a bad experience, I forgot an ítem (very small by the way) in my room, so I called the front desk requesting for it, they told me that housekeeping had it, but they can only keep it for a week, and then they send it to goodwill, I find this rule very unflexible, at least they have to keep it for a month at least, they didn't care Im a very regular client, sometimes I checked in twice a month.

Was very disappointed in the cleanness of the room. Found hair in the shower, and I'm my bed sheets. Sink had red residue. The culk in room and bathroom makes it look cheap and dirty.

We stayed here twice. The first time was during the week and the hotel was quiet. Hotel staff were helpful and kind. Only downside was that our WiFi kept disconnecting in the room. The second time was during the weekend (Saturday night). Our room was surrounded by kids running up and down the corridor, screaming, and making a lot of noise until about 1 a.m. (not the fault of the staff, but there needs to be some regulations towards noise at night) A lot of noise from outside as well as it is right next to the highway. All in all the stay was fin, but wouldn’t recommend to stay during the weekend unless you don’t mind the noise.

This hotel wasn’t overflowing with fancy stuff, but we were just hoping for a comfy place to crash, and it was delivered nicely! I’d totally recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and tidy stay. Oh, and a sweet surprise was that the internet was super fast!

Очень приятный чистый стильный отель, расположение идеальное, особенно если вам нужно на автовокзал. Понравилось практически все. Видно что к управлению отелем подходят с любовью и огромным вниманием. Из минусов, то что при выселении вместо того чтобы вернуть депозит 25$, наоборот, вычли дополнительно 65$. После письма в службу поддержки исправили, но все равно осадочек остался.

상점이나 레스토랑, 마트 등이 가까워서 이용하기에 아주 편리했습니다. 침대도 넉넉했고, 방과 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 로비에 직원도 매우 친절했습니다. 주차장도 넉넉해서 이용하기 좋았습니다. 주변이 조용해서 밤에도 편안히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 가족과 함께 맥알렌에 또 방문한다면 다음번에도 다시 이용하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Decent hotel for price, breakfast has mexican items which is good. They can drive directly to airport to pick you up. I recommend for budget travel.
