PPengguna TetamuPleasurable stay, Great Breakfast, and Comfortable Atmosphere. Parking could be a bit better for accessibility. When we checked out and were loading our vehicle I fell in the parking lot try to catch a roll-cart that was seemed to be locked in place with the wheel lock, but it broke loose and I tried to catch it before it hit a car that was backing out of a spot. I caught it while I hit the pavement, and the car was never hit! I would suggest that they make the carts better in the locking capability! Other than that it was a very pleasant stay!

The elevator was weird. The building look new. The carpets were not vacuumed in the lobby and in the room.

PPengguna TetamuNice hotel. Great breakfast! The room was a little small. We had booked a room with a balcony and partial lake view. We got a small patio, and a view of the parking lot.

MMylene WStarted a little ruff. But the room was clean and breakfast was great. The staff was all very friendly. There is a new policy that everyone who stays at the hotel pays a holding fee for room damage which has a 1 day return after your stay. Notes in the booking could be helpful.
