Hotel Linthicum Heights dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Las personas que realizan el servicio de recogida del aeropuerto no tiene idea de atención al cliente nos reunieron a mí y a un señor no recalcaron durante todo el viaje que es un favor que no teníamos derecho a pedir nada el hombre empezó a insultar y lo mismo pasó con el otro muchacho que fue aún más agresivo con nosotros la verdad sí deja mucho que desear el servicio

I made a reservation for a week, but unfortunately had a problem at the airport and couldn't check in on the scheduled day. I called before my arrival requesting a change of dates by email and phone. The attendants showed no interest and hung up on me without offering any solution. I asked for a refund, they ripped me off and started denying contact requests from Trip.com. Furthermore, while I was staying at the hotel, the manager instructed me to cancel the reservations through the app for a refund and discount. When I cancelled and paid in cash, the manager continued to ignore the *********** acceptance request for the refund. I fell victim to a scam by the management of this $500 hotel. So my warning is to look for another hotel, because their policy is not honest with guests.

I will start with the good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Now the not so good. We chose this hotel specifically because they advertised, on the website, that there was a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, and coffee in the lobby. We were visiting our grandkids, and wanted the pool so we could bring them to swim. Well, weren't we suprised when we were told that both the pool and hot tub were closed permanetly, and the clerk even mentioned that they knew it was still advertised as having them on the website. When we asked about the free breakfast, we were told if we wanted breakfast, that was an additional fee, again, some false advertising going on. When my husband went to the lobby the next morning to get some coffee, well no surprise, there was none, just a plastic jug of water. There was a coffee maker in the room with 1 pod, so we did use that. When we asked about some compensation for the false advertising, we were told no. We would not have picked this hotel, if not for the fact they advertised the pool, hot tub, and free breakfast. Oh and just to put a button on it, we went to the bar for a 12 oz bottle of beer. $7.25 for 1 beer, 12.00 for a glass of wine, we thought that was a bit steep, especially since the bar was in the lobby with no atmosphere. So, if you are just looking for a place to sleep, you'll be fine.

I was only there from around 10pm until 7am so I didn't get a lot of time to really rate it. But my room was super clean and it was very comfortable. I could open the window which I really love being able to do and meant I could turn off the fan/air conditioning ... which was a good thing also because it was an old and pretty noisy unit. I would have liked more light in the bathroom. It had a microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The breakfast was surprisingly good with nice bacon, potatoes and tasty eggs, juice, pastry options. It was only around 20 mins from downtown Baltimore. All the staff I dealt with were friendly. I would stay there again.

Saya tiba di BWI kira-kira jam 11:40 malam dan bergegas menghubungi perkhidmatan ulang-alik dari hotel kerana mereka memberitahu saya lebih awal bahawa jika saya tidak menelefon pada tengah malam, saya akan bersendirian untuk menumpang ke hotel. Saya tertekan kerana ia adalah kali pertama saya mengembara seorang diri. Saya menghubungi mereka pada pukul 11:50 malam weh!! tetapi banyak masa sebelum 12:00 pagi. Jadi saya fikir, mula-mula mereka menahan saya... kemudian menutup telefon, panggilan seterusnya... Tiada jawapan dan meletakkan talian. Sekarang saya sedang spazzing. Akhirnya ulang-alik akan berada di sana dalam ...15-20 mins huhhhhh?? jadi di sana saya berdiri sendirian pada tengah malam sendirian (wanita berusia 55 tahun) setengah jam berlalu... saya telefon hotel sekali lagi dan tidak mudah untuk seseorang menjawab. Oh pengangkutan ulang-alik penuh saya diberitahu supaya mereka perlu menghantar satu lagi, BENAR-BENAR jadi lagi 15 minit pergi tanpa ulang-alik, setengah jam kemudian, saya melihat ulang-alik, ini dia datang....dan terbang tepat di sebelah saya sambil saya menjerit STOP!! sekitar dia pergi, 10 minit kemudian dia akhirnya tiba di sini pada 1:15 pagi dan kemudian mengatakan dia telah ke sana. mereka memberitahunya PINTU 15 saya berkata saya berada di LOKASI 15. Mad sebelum sampai hotel, sekali sana..sejuk penuh soda untuk dibeli dan bukan satu DIET soda..aku nak tidur. Tiada selimut? hanya cadar Saya kesejukan jadi saya pergi ke meja depan untuk meminta selimut, Maaf mereka terkunci, ini beberapa cadar lagi. Dalam semua keadilan mereka kelihatan sangat pendek kakitangan. dan bilik itu bersih tetapi tidak berbaloi dengan harga

Nice clean hotel good location Staff was very friendly Quiet no noise from other rooms Bathroom clean and well stocked Coffee maker with bottled water as well as refrigerator in room Bed comfortable Would benefit from charging ports near the bed Breakfast available for a fee Parking 15$ a night with shuttle available every 30 minutes for the airport nearby Restaurants close with many options available Only stayed one night but the price was reasonable

Perfectly done

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is convenient to everything. My family and I enjoy it there
