Hotel Milwaukee County dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

This is a wonderful National Historic Trust Hotel that has been restored to its original beauty and history. There are several dining options from a very expensive top restaurant in the City to reasonably priced Pubs for a downtown location. Its easy to walk, take the bus, or ride the free trolly just a couple blocks away.

Great location downtown across from the Baird Center. The bed was comfy which I've come to expect from Marriott and they even had feather pillows - another plus. Nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was good with multiple choices. That's where the pluses end! We had a conference to attend at 3 so we wanted to check in at 2; one hour before 'check in' technically begins. We were told our room was ready and she took our cc information, etc. but then we were told we would be charged $15 for early check in - seriously?! Don't tell me my room is ready and then charge me to use it! They offered to store our luggage but was afraid what that charge would be so we left it in our car. She did not like that we self parked right across the street either- in the same parking facility the valet uses. When we returned from our conference at 7:00 pm, our reserved king suite was no longer available and we would have to settle for 2 queen beds. In addition, the information the front desk person had taken earlier was no where to be found. Now the gentleman had trouble completing the reservation and had to start over several times. He finally gave us a queen suite which was the weirdest configuration I've ever seen. And there was no alarm clock, no lotion, and the TV resolution was terrible. I was told Marriott was tired of people leaving alarms set for the next people occupying the room so they no longer put them in rooms. (Really! The first thing I do in a hotel is check the alarm clock to make sure it isn't set!) Lotion is available but you have to ask for it at the front desk - but they don't tell you that until you check out! We will not be staying at this Springhill Suites again when in Milwaukee.

Hotel in centro con camere molto pulite, comode e abbastanza moderne. Pulizia ottima. Servizio reception ottimo. Colazione buona.

The location of the hotel was in close proximity (5-minute walking distance) to the venue we were attending at the Fiserv Forum. There were many restaurants within close proximity to the hotel as well. The room was just ok. The bathroom door in the room was broken, and the hotel could use some updates. We did not have much interaction with the front desk, but staff was polite during check in/ out. Valet was pleasant and offered to help assist with bags. Overall, the say was nice given the reason for the visit. I would not stay there for more than a weekend, because the hotel is downtown and you hear sirens all day.

Just booked another week. There is a nice usb hub in the room that allows for great charging. Also the -owner is not cut when u leave the room. So you can have all ur phones, iPads etc. fully charged when u get back. The tv is very large and there are many channels. All,in all a great place. Also there is a large oven that I used to make a really nice pizza. It is not in the room but in the gym . Lol. So u can bake something while you are working out.

Lokasi, nilai dan kemudahan sangat bagus, tetapi malangnya keadaan menjadi sedikit menurun selepas daftar masuk. Proses daftar masuk lancar dan biliknya bersih dan mesra. Walau bagaimanapun, keesokan harinya apabila saya kembali pada sebelah petang, pembantu rumah itu akan membuka bilik dengan sedang bekerja dengan deadbolt menghalang pintu daripada ditutup. Dia akan membuka pintu walaupun dia berada di hujung dewan. Ini menyebabkan pintu bilik sebelah saya dihayun dan dihempas dengan kuat. Sentiasa, yang kasar kerana saya sedang melakukan panggilan zum pada waktu pagi dan cuba berehat selepas itu kerana acara petang saya. Kemudian, pada waktu pagi daftar keluar, saya pergi ke kereta saya untuk meletakkan beg saya sebelum mendaftar keluar dan pemandu ulang-alik hampir melanggar saya semasa saya berjalan ke lobi kerana dia pergi sangat laju dan cuba menghayun ke tempat letak kereta. tempat di hadapan pintu lobi. Dia menjerit kepada saya dari tempat duduk dan memberi isyarat liar dengan tangannya, saya tidak pasti tetapi saya fikir dia memberi saya jari. Akhirnya, wanita semasa daftar keluar sangat perit dan biadap kerana saya cuba bertanya soalan kerana saya mempunyai caj tambahan pada akaun saya--yang dia katakan adalah penahanan untuk hari-hari yang tinggal, tetapi saya dicaj 3 kali selama 2 hari tinggal. Sehinggalah saya menelefon pada waktu petang (kerana dia nampaknya tidak sabar untuk menjawab soalan saya) barulah saya mengetahui bahawa mereka tersilap mengecaj kad saya untuk bilik lain (invois malah menyebut ”kad yang salah”). Semuanya hebat sehingga hari kedua. Saya mungkin akan tinggal lagi untuk kemudahan dan nilai, tetapi cuba hadkan interaksi saya dengan kakitangan sekurang-kurangnya.

First off, the signage for parking attached to the hotel was poor. The access to the hotel from the parking ramp was not labeled very well. There is nothing on the web site that states where the parking ramp access is. And the ramp as not full size truck friendly. The exercise room was in disrepair. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked. Although I did not have have time to use the pool or hot tub, they were very small. The room was clean, and the water pressure was good. The continental breakfast was very good. And it was only a leisurely walk to the Fiserv Forum.

Bilik dan lokasinya hebat--tetamu tidak. Dinding adalah perkara yang hebat dan kedengaran seperti terdapat banyak pihak yang berlaku. Apabila saya mengadu tentang bunyi bising di meja depan, mereka bertanya kepada saya ”baik apa yang anda mahu saya lakukan?” Juga orang pagi untuk daftar keluar sangat kasar apabila saya meminta resit.

So everything was nice, near the airport, clean and peaceful, but amenities.….. Ahh.. Sorry to say, no slippers were provided, not even water, not even shampoo… not even a toothbrush or toothpaste. The location was perfect.

The neighborhood is very quiet but very busy and traffic rush around 6-8am & 11-1pm & 4-6pm
