Hotel Napa dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Everything was just perfect! Great location in a lively neighbourhood. Sparkling clean and tidy room with good facilities and WiFi. Lovely and welcoming staff. Good value for money as in-room dining brekkie was included. Highly recommended!

Very clean. Breakfast is excellent. It’s quiet. Free cookies, free fruit , free water in the lobby.

A standard 3 stars hotel with a premium price tag. The only great thing is providing free EV charging.

All the pictures showed a fireplace in the room, our didn’t have that, also didn’t care for the never cleaning room, understand with Covid, but we’re there 5 days and never got room cleaned. Had to ask for towels twice and go get them from front desk. There was no pool nor hot tub but claim hot is in room, very hard to fit two people in there.

The staff (Asian Lady) at reception was very friendly and welcoming. We requested for a quiet and larger room and she very quickly accommodated our request. Location is convenient, room is clean and comes with warm breakfast. Carpark is abundant as it’s next to a gym, cinema, eateries etc.

在去酒莊的路上，自駕首選，乾淨整潔，床夠大，夠舒服，門口的休閑區，餐廳都很nice，早餐是大廚現做的，多種選擇，很棒的體驗！

Person whi checked us in was an *****. Took us a while to find our room since front desk made number 1 look like a 6. Excellent room. Front desk is lacking customer service. Called them twice this morning because we could not turn shower on. Took engineering 30 minutes to arrive.

The staff was friendly and helpful when it came to offering suggestions on where to visit for wine tasting and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. The walls are a little thin but thankfully nobody was loud. It was very clean and looked like it has recently been updated. The location was Everything!!! No car needed to get anywhere. The purpose of a hotel is to give you shelter when you’re not out and about. Who goes on vacation to stays in their hotel majority of their time anyways!!! Overall was pleased and find that the hotel is very underrated for the price and location.
