Hotel Tukwila dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

I chose this hotel as the shuttle was free and the location was close to the mall area. The lobby and very nice and they had luggage carts that were easy to move around. This property has a restaurant on site. Breakfast is very nice, but should be for $19 per person. Upon arriving to my room, the television was on. I was surprised and then saw my name on the TV screen. The room was very nice. The bed was so cozy, I slept like a baby. The small sofa was not only a cool shape, but very comfortable. The view was very nice, although the road was a bit loud. In the end, I didn't notice because of the bed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future, but I would have breakfast at IHOP nearby.

The original room given to us was 1st floor next to gym n pool, hence we requested a change. The counter staff Bryan was neither helpful nor polite, fortunately the manager Nicole help us to get a higher floor though it’s smaller in size. However, the room had things left over from the previous guest. We reported a few times, only the next day evening time then the things were cleared. The shuttle service guy was very polite n helpful.

Facilities are older but in decent and clean condition. Free coffee at lobby is very much appreciated. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Great layout! Not much of service, the door did not open well.

great breakfast convenient location
