The service was impeccable, staff is attentive and well trained. Hotel is very nice.

The hotel was immaculately presented, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location suited our needs for walking distance to the New Year’s Eve celebrations.

A beautiful, clean hotel with a great overall atmosphere. The breakfasts were very good, and the location is convenient — just a short distance to the beach.

The rooms were large, well furnished and comfortable. Complimentary cooked to order breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. Staff was very helpful, friendly and polite—always smiling. Walk across the street to the beach or eat or shop. Food was delicious . We LOVED it. . We will go back.

Thanks for a wonderful experience . The rooms were clean . The staff is good . Great bar . Pool is also superb as well enjoyed til late night as ot was a heated swimming pool.

Check-in was ridiculous. Somehow payment wasn't processed at check-in. Made trip back to desk in another building to resubmit payment. Once back at room door key didn't work. Had to go back to the desk in other building to get key reauthorized. This took the first two hours of vacation time and missed dinner with friends. Could not get anyone on the phone at front desk at any time. Building Ice maker didn't work. Staff said go to other building for ice. Worst vacation stay in last 20 years of travel.

We only stopped to sleep. The hotel is in a quiet location and the front desk woman was very friendly. It met our basic needs and was clean. There are also several spaces for semi trucks or trucks with trailers to park.

Hotel was clean could have been cleaner the shower was stocked well with towels but weren’t very soft we stayed here to rest really fast and go
