酒店地理位置很好，去附近景點基本都是腿着十五分鐘能到。早餐區很豐富，有非常充足的意大利帕爾馬正宗火腿和香腸。其中煎蛋真是我這輩子在所有西餐早餐中吃到最好吃的，又滑又嫩，裏面都是汁水，每天早上都幾乎吃半盤。國外幾乎沒有溫水這一說，每天我都去餐廳咖啡機上接好幾次熱水，服務員也很nice。有個朋友的快遞寄到酒店，當時以為走之前不能收到，特意想把小費和快遞費給前台幫忙轉寄，小姐姐說你再等等下午要是還沒到再給我不遲，結果還真是到了。很有人情味的一家酒店。

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Staff molto gentile e cordiale... pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema... Quando siamo arrivati in camera non siamo riusciti a fare funzionare la TV, scendendo in reception abbiamo parlato con la ragazza di turno e dopo un paio d'ore che siamo rientrati in camera, la TV era perfettamente funzionante!!! Ottima colazione, dolce e salata (comprensiva di ottima frutta fresca). La nostra camera era molto pulita, spaziosa e silenziosa. La struttura è dotata di un ampio parcheggio per le auto e si trova in una posizione molto comoda e tattica. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!! Grazie di tutto! Assolutamente consigliato!!!

No muy lejos del centro. Las camas cómodas, incluso la supletoria. Baño completo y moderno. Buen desayuno. Una pena que no tuviera parking, aunque hay uno púbico justo en frente no muy caro.

As someone who has frequented luxury accommodations like Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, I expected a certain level of service and quality when booking a stay at the Grand Hotel De la Ville Parma. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but satisfactory. From the moment my family and I arrived, we were met with rudeness and indifference from the front desk staff. Their dismissive attitude made us feel unwelcome, a stark contrast to the warm hospitality we're accustomed to, even in smaller establishments. The issues didn't end there. The rooms were not only cramped but also poorly maintained. Despite our repeated attempts to adjust the temperature, we were met with frustration and false promises from the staff. It was clear that the hotel's amenities and infrastructure were severely outdated. Adding insult to injury, the lack of basic amenities further exacerbated our disappointment. A simple request for a wine opener turned into a baffling ordeal, with the staff displaying a complete lack of professionalism and hospitality. The exorbitant charge quoted for such a basic service was nothing short of insulting. In contrast to my extensive travels and stays at various hotels, including reputable chains in small towns across the US, the Grand Hotel De la Ville Parma fell far short of even the most basic standards. The absence of glassware, a functional mini-fridge, or a coffee machine in the room only compounded our frustration. To sum up, my experience at the Grand Hotel De la Ville Parma was nothing short of a nightmare. From the indifferent staff to the lackluster amenities, it's evident that this establishment falls far below the standards of a purported 5-star hotel. I regret ever stepping foot in this establishment and would caution anyone seeking luxury accommodations to look elsewhere.
