Ulasan Best Western Plus Hotel Farnese

Great location just off the A1. Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us. The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi. The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed. The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks. Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

環境不錯，前台非常認真的處理問題，英語也不太好，經過溝通之後還是完全把問題給處理完成，這是一次非常棒的商務旅行。

L'hôtel est moderne 5minutes en voiture du centre ville Acceuil : il y a 2 personnes : une personne qui n'est ni aimable ni accueillante et l'autre personne très agréable je pense que c'est le responsable Pourtant nous y sommes retournés 3 fois par nécessité et aucun accueil personnalisé Piscine agréable mais très peu de place et interdiction d'y aller le matinsu vous avez réservé une nuit Pdj très sympa

밀라노 가기전 시간이 안되어서 하루밤 잤던 곳입니다. 지금까지 호텔중 서비스가 제일 딱딱했던 곳입니다. 그래도 청결도 및 시설은 나쁘지 않습니다. 하지만, 리셉션 직원의 태도를 본다면 저는 이 호텔은 다시는 방문하지 않을 것입니다.

Very bad experience with the receptionist and check-in service who displayed total lack of service and we did not feel welcome at all.

It's really close to veterinarian faculty but also to the city center. The food is really good and all people is really kind. I will come back some day if I have to return to Parma. It's the perfect hotel for business

We had a pleasent stay in this hotel, with our 2 children (11y + 8y). Location is a bit outside of the center, but this is ok, if you don't want to stay in the center and have a car. Friendly people, good breakfast, enough parking possibility at this hote Only the space, in the room, for 4 persons was a bit small. Otherwise everything was ok.

Stayed for 2 very uncomfortable nights. Not only was the breeze coming from ‘air con’ unit slight, but there were hot water pipes running under the room. It was like a sauna at times even though it was cool outside. We had to have the patio doors open at all times. The pool was nice though. It was a bit out of town although this was intentional for me as I had a car and they offered free parking. The whole hotel lacked attention to detail. Avoid room 207.

sono stata in questo hotel perché ero di passaggio… devo dire che lo è molto piaciuto il design moderno le camere confortevoli , personale molto gentile. ottima posizione e c’è anche il parcheggio , se dovessi tornare a Parma alloggerò in questo hotel nuovamente

Bel hôtel pour étape. Belle chambre, bien équipée, propre et confortable. Parking pratique. Chien accepté. Bon restaurant avec carte correct. Personnel aimable et qui parle le français. Bon rapport qualité/prix Je recommande cet hôtel

Sono stato in questo albergo con la famiglia, anche se era un viaggio di lavoro e ci siamo trovati molto bene

Albergo di ottimo livello con ottimi servizi. Non distante dal centro città risulta comodo per chi viaggia in auto, grazie anche al parcheggio molto ampio.
