Really cool and cozy place! Always look forward to stay in this hotel! But i think, the TV signal needs to improved.

Neo Gading solo is one of the new Aston group hotels in Solo. The hotel is quite small, and the location is on a corner, access is rather difficult because you have to cross a red light. Parking is also not much, only about 10 cars. Fast check-in process. There is a welcome drink infused water. The 1st floor contains the lobby, restaurant and meeting room. There are 2 lifts, one passenger lift and one service lift. The corridor was quite narrow because when there was a HK trolley, my stroller could not pass, I had to carry + fold the stroller. The room is comfortable, the AC is cold, clean, the Wifi is fast, the TV is very clear and there is a Google nest in the room to replace the phone. There is a kettle. For drinking water, a dispenser is provided in the corridor and we can take it using the one provided in the room. Honeymoon requests are provided with art towels, fruit platters and greetings on TV. Amazed because even though it was 2 stars but it was approved for the request. The room area is sufficient for a 2 star class, unfortunately the bathroom in the shower section is rather narrow (only 1 meter). Because it's still new, the mattresses and pillows are soft, sleep well, the sheets and covers are clean without stains. The amenities in the bathroom are standard, there is a hairdryer and a dispenser for shampoo soap. Towels are provided 2 towels + 4 towels made of art towels. The breakfast is decent for 2 stars, there are cakes, spiku, plain bread, salad, fresh fruit, infused water and orange juice, chicken porridge, chicken soup, coffee tea, omelette, white rice, fried noodles, mustard greens, fish, potatoes. The taste is quite suitable on the tongue even though the variants are limited.

Lokasi: dekat dengan stasiun dan mudah dicari Kebersihan: kamar bersih, untuk handuk memang stok lama dan warnanya sudah kumal. Kalau yang tidak suka, lebih baik bawa handuk sendiri, lebih aman. Disediakan sabun cair kemasan kecil dan satu buah sikat gigi. Handuk disediakan hanya 1 saat checkin, tapi bisa minta 1 lagi. Proses check in sangat mudah, tidak perlu deposit atau meninggalkan kartu identitas. Ukuran kamar: saya rasa cukup untuk 2 orang tanpa ada tambahan anak. Fasilitas: wifi teekoneksi dengan baik, stop kontak ada 2 di kamar dan 1 di kamar mandi. Air panas di shower room juga stabil. Mantap!

I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one. Solia Hotel's location is quite strategic, near Solo Balapan train station, food scene and easy to get anywhere from there. Check-in process wasn't smooth, but it is totally understandable because the hotel was fully booked and many guests came at the same time. But hopefully the management can anticipate this and do better in the next holiday season. The lobby is a beautiful Javanese old building, pleasantly scented, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms are located on the newer building on the back. They provide traditional beverages for welcome drinks. The room was clean, water and AC worked well. Bed and pillow were comfortable although there were some stains and holes on the bedsheets. Door handles of balcony almost broke because of its unusual way to open and close (though the management has stuck the instructions on the door). This hotel is recommended for those whose in budget and need centrally located hotel.

I really love this hotel. The ambience is totally Javanese. The location is really strategic. The only minus is the breakfast variation. I think the hotel, should provide more local traditional dishes so that they will in line with the hotel theme
