I love the cleanliness and how they made everything white. The tiles used on the flooring (room, bathroom) are easy to clean using a rag when wet. I also enjoyed my lunch at Mandala Restaurant (offers mediterrenean food like Chicken/Beef/Shrimp Biryani and Filipino food) located on the ground floor. I also had a good refreshing drink in the morning at Highlands Coffee (24hours open) which is just 5 mins away from the hotel. Beside it is Lawson Convenience Store.

The location of the hotel is in the center of ortigas. It is just walking distance to podium, megamall & shangrila mall. Good value for money.

With care and respect, I highly recommend Privato Hotel to everyone. It’s cozy and comfortable, and the staff are genuinely kind and approachable especially Miss Charity. I truly appreciate her professionalism and patience. I admired the way she clearly explained everything to me with such calm and respect. To all the other staff as well, thank you for your warm hospitality and excellent service. Everyone made my stay feel safe, relaxed, and well taken care of. Honest Review – Red Planet Hotel Ortigas I recently stayed at Red Planet Hotel Ortigas for 4 days. While I appreciate the affordability and acceptable room cleanliness, I was quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay. First, there’s no telephone in the rooms only one near the elevator. This is very inconvenient, especially when you need assistance. Although the staff were polite when spoken to directly, it was really hard to reach them via phone, and they were slow to respond when I had requests. I asked for a toothbrush to be delivered, but it never arrived, and I ended up checking out without it. I had to go out and buy one myself. There’s also no complimentary water service, which is usually expected in most hotels. And to add to my frustration, the internet wasn’t working during my entire stay I couldn’t even connect at all. That was a big inconvenience, especially for someone who relies on Wi-Fi for work or communication. Regarding cleanliness, it was okay overall, but the soap dispenser in my room was empty, and shockingly, the towel provided had bloodstains something that’s totally unacceptable for any guest. I also noticed a lack of hospitality from most of the staff. They barely greet guests upon entry or exit, and it honestly felt like they weren’t trained in proper customer service or guest care. However, I want to end this review by highlighting the one staff member who truly stood out in the hotel guard. He was consistently kind, respectful, and professional. He greeted me with a warm “Mabuhay” every time I entered or left the hotel and always opened the door for me. His presence made me smile, and I deeply appreciated his genuine hospitality and dedication. Overall, Red Planet Ortigas has a lot to improve, especially in customer service, communication systems (like adding in-room phones), guest support, and basic amenities like Wi-Fi and hygiene. Simple things like courtesy, responsiveness, and cleanliness go a long way in making a stay enjoyable and unfortunately, most of those were missing here.

Over all it was a relaxing night, although no telephone inside the room and sleepers. spotless room and had a bit of view of shaw blvd and pioneer.

A little pricey compared to other budget hotels in the area. AC is leaking. Carpet in the hallway is dirty. Room and toilet are clean tho

Good! The place is nice. Red Planet Hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and affordability, making every stay truly worthwhile. Aside from the affordable room rates, the location is excellent as it is very accessible and convenient to all nearby attractions.

I had a fantastic stay at Red Planet! I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!
