Ulasan Citadines Millennium Ortigas Manila

Pengalaman keseluruhan saya adalah kurang daripada yang dijangkakan. Internet wifi adalah sangat perlahan !! Dan saya perlu berurusan dengannya selama 10 hari kuarantin tetapi sebaliknya mereka mempunyai tv satelit sekalipun. Mereka benar-benar perlu menyelesaikan isu ini terutamanya kerana mereka disenaraikan sebagai kemudahan kuarantin untuk penumpang ketibaan dari luar negara jadi orang ramai mengharapkan internet yang sangat baik untuk menghiburkan diri mereka sendiri. Ia tidak bersih seperti yang saya jangkakan! Menemui kesan rambut di dapur, saya melihat beberapa semut di atas lantai pada hari pertama saya dan di luar tingkap bilik mandi anda akan menemui beberapa sampah. Dan di dalam bilik tempat saya tinggal, susun atur bilik mandi tidak direka secara logik kerana pintu bilik mandi dan pintu pancuran mandian menghalang satu sama lain sebaik sahaja terbuka.

Good room, clean, good air quality. Good front desk service for check in and check out. Only wish there were more vegetarian options at breakfast, and that I was told that the airport transfer needs to be ordered 4 hours in advance. I booked the studio for 1 night (sg$130).

hotel is conveniently located with access to easy public transportation. the harbour view is very nice. Clean room and amenities, good services !

It was a great stay. We requested for a late check in since we will be coming early in the morning the next day & it was a smooth transaction, from the request to check in until check out. Every one was accommodating. We had a great time & rest! Rooms are very clean and the amenities are complete. We will definitely book again at this hotel.

Good location ! Near the Robinson mall and SM Mega Mall and is very convenient! A good recommendation to stay there !

I put in the "SPECIAL REQUEST" section in Trip.com booking for asked specifically for a quiet room. Upon checking in they gave us a room that was right beside the noisy as hell main road (front side) AND the room was right facing the Lift Lobby !? What the hell? The insulation of the room/ building was so poor that it felt like you were a homeless street begger sleeping right on the sidewalk of that road. We had to wear ear-plugs to muffle the noise down just to sleep. Moreover, the size of the beds (we asked for a room with two beds) were so small you'd litterally fall over if u slept on the side and turned over. We asked to switch the room but the front desk said there was no other room that we can switch to (bullsh*t)? We had to endure that hell for the first night, then second night they gave us a room facing the back streets which was way more quiet but still it was a room right beside the Lift Lobby.

Citadines Millennium Ortigas is basically my home whenever I stay in Manila. The staff are highly courteous, attentive and kind. The rooms are clean, modern and cozy and well sized (I had the Queen Studio). The gym is good and the nice pool, though a tad small adds to an overall good experience. The buffet breakfast was not a huge selection, however they do offer you a main dish such as Steak and Rice, Eggs of your choice, Corned Beef etc to compliment the buffet.so don't worry you won't leave hungry ! How's this for great service ? I had a few cups of coffee and believe it or not the restaurant staff noticed that and the customer service staff sent up a can of choc chip cookies for being a great coffee lover. I was so touched by that ! Thank you so much. Location is a stones throw from the well Robinson's Shopping Centre. Happy to stay here anytime ! If I chose to have a long term apartment, it would look something like this place. A real thumbs up.
