Hotel 3 Bintang di Passau

The hotel is about a 30 minute uphill walk from the railway station so I would recommend taking a bus especially if you have luggage. The buses run fairly regularly during the day but less so in the evening. The room was a standard hotel room but a little cramped and there was not much space to unpack into or store suitcases. The staff were really friendly and helpful, at reception, in the breakfast room and also the cleaner. They provided a good buffet breakfast but didn't serve dinner. They recommend a restaurant 100m up the road for dinner but it was closed on the Thursday night we wanted to eat there. OK for a very short stay

Truly great Premier Inn for a 3 night stay in beautiful Passau. From the minute we arrived it was all good. The hard working reception staff here know how to make you feel welcome. Lovely people. The location is just fantastic - everything you need or want to see is within walking distance. The room we had on the 3rd floor was really spacious and the air con worked. So much storage space for clothes you could stay a month. If only there had been a fridge, but we only paid for a normal room. The big shower room was also good. All very clean and new looking. Rooms only cleaned every 3 days but we got more milk for our coffee and towels from reception. Wi-Fi was excellent. If we were staying in Passau again - we would only want to stay here. Thank you to all the kind staff of Premier Inn.

The lobby is beautiful and there are comfortable sitting areas both inside and outside. The room was bright and smelled clean and fresh. There were little chocolates and earplugs on our pillows. The bathroom was small, but comfortable and had little amenities such as shower caps, lotion and sponges. The shower door did leak, though. There was a lovely minibar in the room with drinks and snacks that were reasonably priced. Parking was a problem. There is a garage, but the incline is so steep, that we couldn't drive down it without damaging the car. We had to find parking on the street. The hotel was located a little farther away from the city center as we thought, but not really bad. It's a nice walk downhill and over a bridge.

Very pleasent stay. Kind and quick check in. Nice room with a/c Silent rooms with good quality bed. very central in Passau, with restaurants and shoppingcenter close by. In house bar/restaurant would have been nice.....

Absolut heruntergekommener Ableger vom Hotel Residenz Passau!!! Schiehser Hotel Group 3 ”selbstbergebene” Sterne sind ein Witz. Wir sind vom Zimmer extrem enttäuscht! Muffig und riecht nach Schimmel. Das Wasser ist kalt und wir können nach unserer Fahrradtour nur kurz kalt duschen. Die Heizung scheint ebenso nicht zu funktionieren. Nach einem Anruf (es dauerte 3 Versuche, bis wir jemanden erreicht haben), kam eine Dame vorbei und sagte, sie wüsste dies und würde schauen. Es ist kaum jemand telefonisch zu erreichen und auf unsere Nachricht reagiert niemand. Zusätzlich sind die Zimmer in einem extrem ungepflegten Zustand. Es fängt an mit dem Zugang zum Zimmer durch eine Baustelle: die Deckenpaneele liegen auf dem Boden und von der Decke hängen Elektrokabel herunter. Es würden mich wundern wenn dies legal wäre. Etagenbett im Zimmer ist eine offene Dose mit Starkstromkabeln. Sehr gefährlich für kleine Kinder. Der Teppich ist sehr fleckig, der Mörtel an einer Stelle ab, die Dusche ist in den Fugen extrem verschimmelt

Ontbijt was heel matig... Vooral vet en er was geen keuze van soorten brood. Badkamer was heel smerig en in de wastafel zat water in van de vorige personen... lakens stonden en duidelijk niet gewassen... Denk dat het bed alleen op gemaakt was. Ik ken dit hotel van een paar jaar terug en was toen een heel goed hotel met een uitstekend ontbijt... zou niet meer
