Implementing health protocol, such as body temperature check for the guest, provide hand sanitizing & hand washing facilities at some spots, all employees are wearing mask & faceshield. There is a seal sticker on the room door, to mark that the room is not entered by anyone after being cleaned & sanitized. Comfort room, clean facilities, friendly & helpful staffs, nice surrounding view. And it is only around 100 meters from Putuk truno waterfall entrance. Thank you Royal Senyiur.

Thank you for the warm hospitality during my and my parent stay. It was on of the best experience for us. My parent are so happy to stay here. The staffs are amazingly kind and helpfull. There are various kind of food for breakfast and the taste is good!!! We love it!! Definitely will come here again in another visit to Pasuruan!

Talking about staying in Tretes, Inna Tretes hotel could be the option. 🌺 Location Not so far from Pasar Tretes, but not located in crowded area. Be careful with the sign to get into this hotel because the location little bit hard for manouver. 🌺 Check in process I stayed on Sunday-Monday when not so many guest visit. Check in process was smooth. 🌺 Room This is an old hotel because this hotel was built 40 years ago. First, I was worried if the room condition would feel like ”old”. But after browsing, I knew that Deluxe Room was renovated and has new face. So, I booked this room and I was so happy because the interior was new and have connecting door. Room was completed by LED TV, refrigerator, sofa, coffee/tea maker, hanger, phone, and slipper. 🌺 Bathroom Bathroom was clean with new interior also. The bathroom is so spacious and completed by shower with hot water (4 am-10 am and 4 pm-10 pm). Bathroom amenities : soap, shampoo, tooth brush+paste, and shower cap. 🌺 Facilities Swimming pool, playground and restaurant. Don't forget to take a picture in Little Kyoto, a new designated area with Japanese exterior. 🌺 Staff They are very friendly and helpful, especially the security. 🌺 Tips Choose deluxe room for modern ambience

Lokasi strategis, Tempatnya lumayan bersih, tapi lampu kamar agak remang2, padahal udah dinyalakan semua, makanannya lumayan enak tapi satu kamar dapat menu yg berbeda, 1 piring nasi putih, 1 piring nasi goreng

The place is very comfortable for resting, not noisy. There is motorbike and car parking. Highly recommended for those who need a hotel when in Pasuruan city. The service was very friendly, even delivered to the room. Opened the room and turned on the TV and AC. The facilities provided are 2 bottles of drinking water, 2 towels, cupboard and Wi-Fi. TV, AC and heater (heater for warm water) function well. The day and night views around the hotel and the interior of the rooms are as shown in the picture.

Cons: Needs some renovation both exterior and interior. Floor not clean enough, feels dusty so I had to wear my sandals everywhere. Only provide one toothbrush and one pair of slip on. The parking area was very steep too. But on the other hand, Pros: good location because near the food center, and in walking distance to Kakek Bodo Waterfall. Breakfast was okay, many choices. Big pool. Very kind staffs, easy check in/out.

酒店巨大，房間巨大，設施稍顯陳舊，但是服務很好。早晨小哥哥現做煎蛋，很好吃！我本來訂錯了日期，跟攜程溝通之後，酒店小哥很認真的協調調整入住日期！非常感謝！
