Hotel terbaik di Paterna

We were very much lured in by the allure of a 4* hotel in an area that was quite expensive but given the premium that you pay for such a hotel I can say wholeheartedly it is not worth it. The hair dryer in the room had no filter which meant that it trapped hair constantly. However, the biggest issue was with the shower leaking profusely to the point that it flooded the entire room. Upon alerting the receptionist, who did not seem phased in the slightest, we were handed a stack of towels and left to deal with it ourselves. The flooding caused a significant amount of damage to both an already damaged room and our personal property which can only lead me to conclude that this was not the first time that this occurred. The door strip threshold was damaged to begin with but the leaking of the shower meant that the bathroom door did not even close. The room was not as described and the rooms look like nothing like the pictures. The location of the hotel is isolated with no transport links which means any potential savings you may have made on the hotel you end up spending substantially more on taxis. The hotel was unbothered by this and not only were we given the wrong email to send our concerns to but they responded essentially defending the fact that they were 4*s and there was nothing we could do as we did not report it at the time, however if they read my email correctly they would have seen that we did. I did not want to leave a negative review but the hotel has left me with no choice but to do so as they have not adequately responded to my concerns despite giving them ample opportunity to do so. I do believe that the apathy of the supposed director of the hotel shows that this establishment is run clinging to its 4* status and does not believe that the product the provide has to match this status. I do hope that this honest review with pictures will deter other travellers from staying here as it is not worth the aggravation and upset.

Lo mejor el personal. Super ambable y muy profesional. Tenía que salir antes del horario del desayuno previsto en el hotel y me lo sirvieron igualmente

La verdad es que el trato y simpatía de Trini y Noelia es digno de destacar. Tiene una buena ubicación si necesitas moverte por esta zona. Apartamentos amplios. El mobiliario necesita alguna revisión. AL menos en el que nos toco a nosotros no había casi perchas. Es una muy buena opción para ir con mascotas. La taberna que hay abajo tiene una gran cantidad de cervezas y el precio esta bastante ajustado.

This is the second time I have visited this hotel. Staying here for a week on business. The rooms are basic with some of the fittings a bit worn but the bed was comfortable and plenty of space. The restaurant had good food served quickly. Not a huge choice but enough for my needs. It doesn't open until 20.30 but they will serve drinks before then. The hotel is well situated for the business park and you could walk to it. About twenty minutes or so. Just as well because the parking spaces at the business park fill up quite quickly. There is some noise from the road but not enough to keep me awake at night. I would be happy to stay here again.

Everything not acceptable for a hotel this size (a) Attitude of the staff, bordering on being ****** (b) Ineptitude in changing the room when complained about blocked basin (c) lack of adequate number of staff to attend to our minimal requirements (d) although a Spa- no access during decent morning time citing Covid as an excuse and a charge of EUR 10 (e) cold breakfast, seemed catered from outside with no intention of making anything nice (f) Dinner time only one guy taking orders and delivering in a haphazard manner as if working was too difficult (g) strange room layout, separating each of WC, bath, shower, and basin thus no sense of privacy, dignity eor hygiene as the WC glass door is the partial height

Very brilliant service. The customer service team are very good, as soon as you ask for something if they can do it, it will be done straight away. There was daily housekeeping and our rooms were spotless. It is very close to bus stop and shops nearby. The only thing that would have been good to have was hot water kettle for tea and coffee, which but overall, its an excellent hotel and affordable.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia di 5 persone una notte in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ci hanno riservato una camera molto grande con 5 posti letto ed avevamo a disposizione due bagni. Ho trovato tutto molto pulito e profumato. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile e sono anche molto elastici.

Mi cuarto bastante limpio, no está muy cerca del centro pero hay un metro a un ratito caminando, tiene comedor buffet y desayuno, sala de conferencias, incluye secador en el baño

Hotelito de aspecto rural, con paredes de piedra en la habitación y muebles antiguos. La habitación es muy grande, tiene hasta un apartado con sillones, una mesita y una nevera que funciona muy bien con botellas de agua cortesía de la casa. El mobiliario es antiguo (rural). Tiene una consola de aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien, y una ventana que da al exterior. No está insonorizada, se oye con facilidad a los otros huéspedes. Las camas son cómodas, las sábanas estaban limpias y ponen toallas limpias todos los días. No tiene armario, tiene dos roperos abiertos como los que se ven en las fotos. El aseo estaba limpio, con pie de ducha y bidé. En cuanto a la equipación no hay amenities como tal, hay jabón de manos, un ambientador y un dispensador de pared con un gel/champú. Nada más en la equipación del aseo (no secador). La presión del agua bien y sin problemas con el agua caliente. El aseo tiene ventana (todo interior). No incluye desayuno. Hay una máquina de café en la recepción de la que no puedo opinar porque no la usamos. Los exteriores no los usamos. Tiene una terraza grande con sillas y mesas, una barra con una máquina gratuita de agua y una zona con máquinas de hacer ejercicio. Hay una planta trepadora en la pared donde se acumulan algunas avispas por las tardes. Tiene 5 plazas de aparcamiento en el recinto que son gratuitas. De todos modos está en una calle con bastante aparcamiento, no tuvimos problema ninguno de los 5 días para aparcar a ninguna hora. No hay recepción física, todo gestionado por WhatsApp. Solo proporcionan una llave a priori aunque haya varios huéspedes (no sé si se podría solicitar más llaves porque no nos hizo falta). Personal muy amable. El lugar es tranquilo, se puede deambular de noche por las calles sin sentir inseguridad. Tiene una parada de metro a 3 minutos andando. Desde allí en unos 10 minutos llegas al centro de Valencia en Metro. En general bien, un hotel modesto con lo básico y bien ubicado si vas a la Feria.

Mi experiencia fue muy mala ya que hice la reserva pensando que iba al hotel como todo el mundo busca descansar y relajarme. Y fue todo lo contrario porque la app trip en ningún momento me avisó que estaban en obras y mi sorpresa fue al llegar allí y ver que estaban en obras y no poder descansar ya que estaban con el motopico y picando haciendo ruido por la mañana y tarde y a las 08:00 de la mañana otra vez volvían a enganchar a picar. Fue una estancia horrorosa. Por mucho que me queje a Trip nada cambio. Tengo otra reserva que hice antes de pasarme esto con ellos y será la ultima reserva que haga con ellos.
