Hotel berhampiran China Town, Pattaya

Excellent location, with just central marina mall across the road and Terminal 21 mall 5 mins walk away. Hotel room is good size and clean. Toilet floor uses nonslip tiles so is very slippery with high fall risks, dangerous to elderly. Room had strong musty smell, quite unpleasant. Toilet bowl emits urine smell after flushing, not sure why.

location is good enough to cover hotel old facilities, but the service from reception is the worst experience I ever have! Ladies at reception always let us wait, or misunderstood our requests🤪

Check in was a breeze. Room is clean and facilities are great. Walking distance to terminal 21 Pattaya and Central Marina. Will book again if plan to go Pattaya. Thanks for everything

I have been using this hotel often for 5 years. It was a pity that I was not assigned the room I wanted this time. However, the staff was kind and clean, and everything was perfect, but I feel that the hotel is getting a little bit old.

Amazing stay. Rooms are clean, ac is extremely cold but loud. Though there's a window, it's facing a wall outside. Bed is hard which i like. Toilet is functional but otherwise bare. Used traditional key for entry to rooms with a huge key tag and welded to a key chain. Can't lose it, but it's a chore to bring it around. Power outlet is minimal, but ok for solo traveller. The free drinks is great, and 2 bottles of water in room works well in hot weather here.

Comfort bed, I got a good sleep for 5 nights there!Nice and helpful staff Very good breakfast! the Swimming pool is not big enough, not too much activity for big kid

Red Planet is best and cheapest hotel for 2 persons. It was my second time booking this hotel and will book every time when came in Pattaya

Everything was good except for the new rule that you have to pay 100 baht/person to use the pool near Fat Coco and 200 baht/person to use the sauna. These two amenities used to be free of charge. I think it would be better to just factor in these fees into the hotel room rates.

Tempah bilik saiz M Sangat kecil jika dibandingkan dengan harga Tak boleh check in kat kiosk, tak dapat maklumat, kena beratur kat kaunter ada 2 botol kecil air. Tempat lain menyediakan botol biasa, tidak begitu bersih, bilik mandi bersebelahan dengan kepala katil, bilik lembap, mempunyai banyak kesan acuan, kelihatan lebih tua daripada yang dijangkakan Lokasi yang baik, bilik tidak begitu kalis bunyi. Sesiapa yang membuka pintu sentiasa boleh mendengarnya. Katilnya selesa. Tetapi penghawa dingin sangat sejuk dan tidak boleh dilaraskan. Saya tidur kesejukan sepanjang malam.

this is a strange experience. during check-in , i was informed of a free upgrade. there's a welcoming cake for my husband, however, the whole room with the bath tub next to the bed, plus transparent glass wall for the stand up bathing area and toilet is very strange. we cannot open the room door for room service if anyone is inside the bath tub, bathing area or even in the toilet. no couple would like to see each other when during toilet time, right. also , i have requested for two bottles of water at 10:30 p.m., called for customer services for twice to hurry the bottle as the kid is about to go asleep. and then no response.. and then the two bottles arrived at midnight 00:30, two hours later. first they rang the bell, then called upon the room to say ”open the door”. it seems there's no proper management of the hotel. the location and hardwares are so great, its just a waste if the management is not doing great. during check in is also an experience. the manager sounds a bit strange. .and it seems the information is not clear enough. i have my first night staying here and then the next night i moved to space hotel. its just a total big difference and comparison between the two. its the information wise, helpfulness an d professionalism that makes a big difference between the two hotels. its need for better staff training for standard procedures and catering all sorts of different situations. e.g. when they bring the welcoming cake, there's someone behind following with other stuff, but thats not for our room. it will cause confusion. also they rang another time bell.. also another staff with other food queuing behind.. but just for the fork and knife.. you just felel the hotel is so new that the people there are not well trained.
