We stayed 3 nights in this hotel room no 1809,with good beach view, few disappointments hot water shower was not continuous working after 10 mins, and swimming pool there is no warmer installed , water is always cold and 24th floor is always breezy and chill, but nice view water park is amazing for kids, if they install swimming pool warmer this is best place for kids and adults, very spacious room , clean and staffs are very polite and friendly, good service, location is amazing. I recommend and have would visit again.

I recently stayed at Somerset Hotel Pattaya, and while my experience had a rough start due to a booking mistake I made, the overall stay was enjoyable. Initially, I faced challenges in correcting the booking details, as Trip.com was slow to respond and unable to resolve my issue promptly. However, after much effort, the hotel kindly assisted with a name change, which I deeply appreciate. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location is absolutely perfect, offering great convenience. Despite the initial hiccups, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Very good location just opposite to Central Pattaya shopping mall, great infinity pool as well as mini-water park for kids. Breakfast have many verify of food.

The Somerset in Pattaya is near perfect. Guest services receptionist Ms. Kartoon was very helpful and courteous as she upgraded my room to one bedroom one living room which to my pleasant surprise even included a washing machine, full sized refrigerator and cooking stove which we did not use since the location is so good across the street from Central shopping mall convenient to everything, walking distance to Big C Marina to the north and Royal Garden mall to the south. For the money Somerset is very reasonable and worth every dollar. The lobby is beautifully adorned. All the staff are very polite. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when in Pattaya.

Good facilities and location but the single beds are quite small. Kids have so much fun in the swimming park.

Great location near Pattaya beach, perfect for family as my kid loves the swimming pool so much. The washing machine has drying function which is super useful for our last day packing swim suit into our luggage.

Rooms are very noisy both from outside street (bad window quality) and other rooms (thin walls). Breakfast is horrible, dry old and nearly no choice. Roof top pool and kids club are nice.

The staff provided excellent service, and the room was great. The swimming pool featured a lovely slide, making it even more enjoyable.
