Premier room was just perfect. Clean, well equipped and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. 2 cool pools. Nice territory. And the staff was kind and helpful

Appalling experience at this hotel/resort. We arrived in our room to find that the shower did not work, the toilet did not flush, the sink did not drain water and the room smelled of sewage, when we asked to change room the hotel staff informed us that they were fully booked and could not provide us with a new room. We ended up staying in this room until the for 2 nights with no offer of compensation. When eventually the hotel moved us to a different room, the new room had stains on the bedding and clearly had not been cleaned as there were peanuts and sunflower seed shells on the floor. The new room also had no hot water in the hand basin and the shower water pressure was poor (using an old electric water heater), also there was a bathtub with no taps to fill it. Definitely not a 5-star resort and I will never stay here again. We spoke to other people staying at this resort and it seems that the rooms are pot luck with some people having nice rooms with no issues and others experiencing difficulties similar to mine. The positive things were good breakfast and nice pools.

The room and beds are ok. Bathroom could need an upgrade. Breakfast could be better, higher quality of meat, add cheese and bacon, but the coffee is good.

A good place, great breakfast, kind staff

Hotel is great and room was pretty good size. In the beginning housekeeping was not doing a good job . After talking to the manager , they did a great job . Bell staff was very helpful. Exercise equipment are old and outdated need to be replaced . Security was great and it’s located in a very safe area. I will definitely go back

Nice hotel new property, little bit less take care of amenities but have lots of amenities included already. Also they have big breakfast menu. And laso accept special cooking request outside the menu

The worst experience for Indian travelers. The staff doesn't speak English and they were ****** and blamed us for stealing their stuff and when we checked the room everything was there. They have the same 4-5 items in breakfast daily.

A very nice location for a hotel/resort, but as a new hotel, still lots to do. 😬😬The staff were amazing.
