Decent place for family staycation. The house is spacious and pretty neat and clean. The only thing I could complain is not having a microwave and cutlery. The owner is friendly. He waited us till 2 am, as we had a late ride from Bangkok.

It is a housing project. The entrance is a little complicated. The owner of the house is Chinese. There weren't many communication problems. It's a little slow to handle things, but it's not a problem at all.

The house is very clean and tidy. The staff forgot some electrical appliances, but the room has a separate zone, a large TV, a sofa, a kitchen, a complete washing machine, and 3 bedrooms.

The villa is new and clean. The proprietress is very nice and attentive, and most importantly, good at communicating! ! There are also many 7-11s and some authentic snacks nearby. Overall, I am very satisfied! ! I didn't take many photos, so there isn't much to show, but it's consistent with the pictures above. It was really a very comfortable stay!

The house is very nice. The landlord is also very welcoming and is Chinese. The whole process is in Chinese. It feels like I'm back home. The house is clean and tidy, and the surrounding area is not noisy. It's very comfortable to live in.

The landlord is very friendly!! The information communication allowed us to check in early. When we arrived, the landlord got up early and received us directly! I was very touched that we checked in 2 hours earlier than previously agreed. The landlord speaks Mandarin very well and is a good communicator. The location of the house is in the middle of Pattaya and is convenient to many places!

Three bedrooms and one living room. Suitable for renting when traveling with multiple people. You need to bring your own toiletries. There is a 711 across the street from the community. It is a bit far from the beach. It is more convenient to rent a motorcycle.

The location is too remote. The store's house number is someone else's, so I went to the wrong location. I couldn't get through to the store's phone number, and it was an unavailable number. There was a power outage in the afternoon and water outage at night. The room didn't even have the most basic shower gel or shampoo. I contacted the store and they sent me some samples.

Going to stay with family in the village Chokchai Village 9 Overall, it's good. Check out until noon. But it's about four kilometers from the sea. The owner is very friendly. There was a deposit of two thousand but it was returned upon departure.
