It is a good hotel for budget travellers, and those who love live in the pattaya city.

We’ve been here plenty of times. We always enjoy our stay. We loved that pets are allowed. Near terminal 21 and the beach. Our favorite place to stay when we go to Pattaya.

Ladies in the front desk, So rude, and then never smile. I understand the Thai language, and I heard them speaking bad things about me. if they think that nobody speaks Thai and they can do and speak about everybody betting they can keep dreaming. Many tourist speak Thai.

1. Guestroom hot water temperature goes up and down. It looks the system could not meet the demand 2. The toilet paper holder locates on very low level and looks not hygienic.

The room that I stayed is way too hot and made me feel uncomfy and tried, already asked staff to change the better room but result is the same. I was sweating in the two night, room no. 744/752

A basic but clean and well-maintained room. It's near Terminal 21, which is convenient. A bit far from the action, but if you're simply looking for a place to crash for the night, it's good value for money.

Everything is good, standard and cozy room, good valued to stay, perfect location, nice and helpful staffs, sure will come back again!

Contrary to Thai law and IBIS ACCOR Policies the manager supports cigarette smoking within 5 meters of the dining area. Because of this I had an astma attack while dining. When bringing it to the managers attention she publicly yelled at me, shamed me and made unsubstantial accusations against me. I was very shocked and surprised to say the least.

This makes it an ideal base for exploring the city. Rooms: 4/5 The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, reflecting the standard Ibis quality. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were adequate for a short stay. However, the rooms are somewhat small, which might be a concern for guests planning a longer visit or those traveling with a lot of luggage. Service: 4/5 The staff at Ibis Pattaya were friendly and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the reception was always ready to assist with any inquiries. Housekeeping did a commendable job, keeping the room tidy and well-stocked with essentials. Facilities: 3.5/5 The hotel offers basic facilities, including a swimming pool and a restaurant. The pool area is nice, though it can get crowded at times. The restaurant serves a decent breakfast buffet with a variety of options, but the menu could benefit from more diverse offerings for other meals. Value for Money: 4/5 Given its prime location and the quality of service provided, Ibis Pattaya offers good value for money. It's a great choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Pattaya. Overall: 4/5 Ibis Pattaya is a solid option for travelers seeking convenience and comfort without breaking the bank. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in room size and dining options, the positives far outweigh the negatives. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya for a short stay.

Excellent location. Stayed here before. This time the room is facing swimming pool, very nice.

We went many times nice staffs everything ok

Very bad experience in ibis hotel, air conditioner is not working properly and feeling so warm in the room. Problem not solved and we need change hotel.. Location is next to terminal 21.

Due to the abnormality of electricity in the room, some areas were not electrified and the toilet was not evacuated, which caused a lot of smell. The pool was fine, and the cafe staff was friendly

Convinient to Terminal 21 and Soi 6. Don't like the newly implemented pet friendly policy. And lots of guests smoking **** in the rooms.
