Ulasan Hotel J Residence Pattaya

Good for stay but price very high because high season.

Hotel is located nearby the city. It takes around 20 minutes walk to the shopping mall, Terminal 21 and around 10 minutes to Lotus supermarket. It really depends on your how fast one walk. It is hard to take the baht car on the road. But they have taxis and motorcycle outside the hotel. Only the hotel Manager can communicate in English and she is nice and accommodated. However, not all her staffs and the housekeeping teams respect her orders for our requests. During my stay, i can feel that tons of different chemicals including strong santiziers, air fresher and pesticides overused during the days and nights. My stuffs and clothings are all containmated by them. Honestly, i do not like in breathing in all these toxic when i was insid the room and when i asleep. I am very sensitive and allergic to the products they use. Especially, they should understand that it has toxic and chemical reactions if everything mixed together. It was so irritated and made me cough all the time. After I bought it up to their attentions, they sprayed more inside and outside my areas. The foods from the restaurant are not tasty and the restaurant staffs has no greeting. The restaurant is big, but it has poor condition. They has noodle soup on Sunday only. When I asked for something that is not on the table. They just responsed that they don't understand. It is not a luxury hotel and it is old. I do not like to see the molds inside the shower areas. In my room, the sink fault no good, vent was broken, air condition was not cool and very dirty. The closet has very bad smell from mixed with santiziers and pesticides smell. Their room rates are too high. The only thing I like is they have a microwave provided inside your room. I did not try their swimming pools since there was so noisy from the people and kids around. I did not enjoy my stayed.

It is not a good idea to walk from the hotel to the nearby malls and supermarket. It doesnt matter if one walk fast, as it doesn't has any shady areas. Hotel is old and not too maintained. My housekeeper from the 4th floor overused all chemicals, such as pesticides, strong santiziers and air freshers during the days and nights. It is so irritated and made me cough much when i was inside my room. I can't enjoy to stay inside my rooms during my stay. No wonder their room rates are so expensive. The breakfast buffets are not tasty and poor air condition inside the restaurant. They turned the air condition off immediately when it is 10pm (their closing hour). The water pressure is ok inside my room, but the air condition is poor. I felt very terrible for the molds appears on the shower area and on the curtain. The housekeepers did not take care. I did not enjoy at all during my stay.

Nearest mall is Terminal 21, leisure walk about 10 mins. Convenience store 7-11 is located just along a main road. If want to head to the beach mall or to Bali Hai, just book Bolt or Grab. Overall, a very good stay for me. Very helpful front office staff, bellhop, security. This is my second stay here and it won't be the last.

Amazingly the place looks new although it's been 9 years. Very spacious. Price reasonable. There is one mini stall behind the hotel that serves very good Thai Food too.

Good Location on Main Road & walking from Terminal 21 Pattaya with couple of food options. Breakfast was available in the main hotel about 2-3 Minutes walk. Swiming pool did not have additional Towels

The hotel consist of three buildings. Hotel J Residence, Hotel J inspired and Hotel J Pattaya. I booked this hotel thinking it was the same as hotel j, turns out its not. This hotel is outdated. The room itself is okay just need refurbished. The staff is rude no manners at all. We we’re about to check out on our last day, they kept on calling us to check out even though its only 11am. The breakfast buffet situated in aroma in hotel j inspired. Skipped this hotel though affordable the same price as the other bldg they have. Location near terminal 21 walkable for 20mins.

Hotel was not far from the Bus terminal and was conveniently located on the route of the Baht bus to go towards Walking Street. Room was basic but offered good value of money in Pattaya.

Received a warm welcome on arrival, with efficient check in and friendly porter who was on hand to help with transport etc always cheery and helpful. Rooms were a good size and kept clean by the cleaning team as required. Found the bed comfortable the bathroom well equipped and well stocked with essentials. One note the shower is in a high sided bath so check first if you need easy access. Always hot water on hand. Location is a little away from the nightlife areas but you can be there in a few minutes by taxi or 10-15 on foot. Terminal 21; 10 minute walk away Lotus supermarket 5 mins and 7-11 store right outside. Beach 25 mins walk Well equipped gym and decent small pool on my block. I don't usually use hotel restaurants on my visits and so can't comment on the catering. Overall great value for money, nice staff, large clean comfy room and would happily stay again

Near the terminal 21 , but need use 30 minutes walk to the China town and beach road. it is clean and nice room.Friendly service, Breakfast cost 200 B, and nice food.

Good hotel near terminal 21. Great staff and nice pool. Would recommend

Pleasant stay, I extended my night. I like the painting in the room. Very interesting.
