Ulasan Hotel Amber Pattaya

This hotel never fails. Clean, new, big, comfortable, respectful, always with a smile. I liked that now they have a golf cart that takes you to the mall — they didn’t have that a few years ago. Too bad I came during the season when they’re fixing the pool; I could only enjoy it a few days, but they offered another option. You can’t go wrong. You come to party, but want a place where you can also enjoy peace and quiet — with all the comforts, cleanliness, and everything it should be — this is the place. No way to miss here. The only thing I didn’t like is that if you order a Grab motorbike, you can’t get picked up inside the hotel. The motorbike drivers outside don’t allow it. And when I asked about it, they just said, “No, we can’t do anything, that’s their issue.” So they can’t make decisions inside the hotel property. That felt a bit off to me.

Nice stay not far from Bukhao. Pool area is cool, but you apparently have to ask them to turn on the jacuzzi jets and when I did they didn’t. Desk in the bedroom was hanging at angle and will soon need repair. Comfy bed. Strong shower

Cracking hotel, well equipped, great location and possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Would definitely recommend, the staff are really friendly and helpful too.

Clean, quiet area, they provide shuttle service to the mall. Walking distance to beach and shops. I will stay here again if I ever visit pattaya again.

Have stayed here a few times and will return, it’s a nice hotel which is walking distance away from the nightlife. Rooms are clean and comfortable, price is very reasonable.

It was good experience staying at Amber ! The location is good , if you like to walk , u can walk to main beach, it takes roughly 20m walk and there is big markets around there . The staffs are very kind !!

The room was a standard size, though the bed was a little on the soft side. Both the cleanliness and service were excellent. The location was quiet yet central, and very convenient as it's situated in an area popular with Western expats. Pros: Smoking permitted on the balcony. The hotel offers shuttle service (via songthaew) to T21. Cons: Limited number of elevators, resulting in long waits during peak hours.
