Location is good. Overall service is good. Hotel is a bit old. Ok

The mood of our stay was ruined right from check-in. We arrived around 3 AM, completely exhausted after a full day of flying, only to be told we needed to pay a 2,000-baht deposit, meaning we suddenly had to find 12,000 baht in cash in the middle of the night. Everything was closed, the hotel’s ATM wouldn’t read our card and the staff simply suggested we “hang around in the lobby” until the exchange places opened. How is that a good way to start a holiday? It felt very unusual, because most hotels in Thailand take a deposit by card (and refund it back), so you don’t end up with a stack of cash on your last day. As the stay went on, it became clear the hotel focuses on quantity, not quality: exhausted-looking staff, crowds of people everywhere, a very small beach area, and forget about finding an empty sunbed. The whole property looks a bit old and worn out. The breakfast was average at best. On the positive side, the rooms were actually nice, clean and spacious - though you’ll have to be okay sharing the space with some ants. Luckily, I booked only a short stay (but not my friends) and was able to move to the Pullman next door. It was cheaper, required a smaller deposit taken directly by card, and the staff there actually invited me to rest in the room first and come back and complete the formalities later when it’s official time to check in (I came an hour earlier) A completely different experience. Soo…..you know

We stayed in a pool-access room on the first floor of the Pavilion area at Boracay Garden Hotel and Pavilions. Although it's separate from the main Boracay Garden Hotel building, it's very close, and they offer a shuttle service, which was a nice touch. Having a private pool is fantastic for families with kids; you don't even need to leave your room to swim, and you can clean up right after. If you want to play on the beach, the main hotel building has its own private beach.

The reception stff were extremely rude. The breakfast was awful and chaotic. I booked one of the best rooms and was very disappointed with the state if the room. I will never return to this Hotel.

Check in/out nice. 2,000 baht incidental deposit is required. Please make sure you note all leaks/broken items to the front desk/engineer upon arrival. The same procedure is with the pool towels. Beach is peaceful, and the pool if waterfall wonderful. Most of the staff seem tired. The facility is pleasantly Thai clean. Cockroaches were found in the closet, and a used condom was under our bed. I'm thankful my kids did not find that one! We received our deposit back 100%. Sawasdee🙏

The hotel is great for family with I big bed and I single bed. Breakfast is good choice many to choose from. Only thing is service of front desk we book with 2 kids but only 2 towels provided then I call and ask for 2 more they charge 300 baht for night. Very very nonsense for charging.

This is a hotel that provides good value for money and a safe reliable option. However it is now showing its age. It was no doubt a fine 5-star hotel 20 years ago. Now I think it more 4-star. Nothing wrong with that as long as you know. It is very popular with Russian and Indian holiday travelers.

Come with kids and elder parents. Book two rooms. Room are spacious with one king bed and one bunk bed. Kids love the bunk bed. The breakfast is good with a lot of varieties. Beach is adjacent to hotel and does not have to walk out from hotel. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel has its own beach, where you can bring your beavarage. So you can have wonderful time near the sea. Sea is much clearer comparing to djomtien.

Great! It's clean and hygienic, offers good value for money, and the view is beautiful.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station, the Sanctuary of Truth, and shopping malls. It's surrounded by plenty of amenities and offers great value for money.

Nice good location

Food was nice. Hotel-private pool and beach were also nice.
