Marriott - enough said. Great staff, great rooms, bed is great, normal breakfast for all nationalities, smooth check-in and check-out process, nice restaurant and bar with reasonable prices and live saxophone music.

Hotel was sparkling clean and brand new location was not so bad either not so far off from Pattaya beach and 10-15 mins walk to terminal 21 Pattaya hotel also has shuttern bus service

Staff was friendly and helpful Near Hotel didn’t have any supermarket or 7-11 Those day have so many India tourist group at night lobby still so noisy

Staff are very lovely and helpful. Rooms is nice enough but the service is a bit low. We are family of 4 in 1 room and toilet rolls is only 1. Dental kit are missing so had to request. Now the toilet roll came and brought another one. Though we said that we are 4 and we finished the other one. And yet they didn't acknowledge it. But generally hotel is good just improve the service.

Very bad service.1.room key can not work when I get it from reception. 2. My room include breakfast, but the staff let me wait at the restaurant for a long time as she said she need confirm it with reception

This is a very beautiful hotel and have a very quite location.

Comfortable stay in the hotel. Clean and quiet. Near to the major mall. The view in the gym is towards the sea, very beautiful.
