The 1 bedroom deluxe suites are very spacious and excellent value for money.Reception staff, housekeepers and security are all very friendly. Hard to find better value for money in Pattaya.

It's an aging hotel and a bit far from everything. It's also expensive compared to other similar hotels!

Nice hotel. It's not too new, but it's in good condition. The rooms are really very large. Among the disadvantages, I would like to mention the shallow pool and the lack of sponges and dishwashing detergent in the kitchen.

Location is far away from walking street and property is old in condition

Near 7-11 Room can see a bit old . But staff is helpful . Room in next building.

I had an excellent stay. the House keeper was very good and helpful. Reception was helpful. This is my second stay at the Nova, this room faced the rear of the building. it quite then my previous room facing the front.

It was the best hotel, perfect for families. The facilities are well-maintained and they clean your room every day. The breakfast buffet offers multiple selections of delicious food selections. The service was great.

Nice hotel a bit far from beach better to rent byke else you will spend lots of money on taxi & travelling staff is very nice & polite they even gave us early check in .
