Facilities: The room facilities are too old; travelers should consider carefully before booking. Hygiene: The hygiene was also subpar, and the room had a strange odor. Environment: The environment was alright, quite refreshing. Service: The front desk staff had a very good attitude.

A decent hotel in Jomtien. There are many cafes nearby, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the beach. In the evenings, it can get noisy due to the nearby bar street.

Welcoming staff. Rooms are not flash but very adequate and spacious. Nice pool area. Plenty of food options nearby.

The building is old but very clean, and the staff are helpful. It offers great value for money, especially considering the low price and the inclusion of a gym.

It was okay for the price, but if I had a request, I had to go to the reception desk instead of them bringing it to me. I wanted a second key card, but they refused.

Great hotel on good location and even it being near the walking street we were not disturbed by any noise. Staff friendly. Room is very big and spacious but just one thing that may be adjusted is the mirrors are not short people friendly 😅. Could have longer mirrors.

The hotel looks very nice from the pictures but effectively is a bit run down . The staff were great . They went that extra step to try providing the best possible service and they succeed . Need to pay more attention to the cleaning of the room and the pool area . For a week it was ok . First night no AC . Second last night work in progress and no water the whole morning . More than that I will find hard . They have an excellent breakfast/brunch style buffet for just 250 bath .

Whenever I visit Pattaya, I almost always stay here. I've stayed in various rooms countless times. This time, I had a room facing the street, and it was quite noisy until late at night. I kept thinking, 'Was it always this loud?' but I tried to bear with it. I definitely prefer the rooms facing the pool; they're quieter and nicer. Superior rooms can be a bit exposed to the hallway and elevator, which isn't ideal. The facilities are showing their age; the shower and toilet spray handles sometimes break, and this time, the safety deposit box wouldn't open. I did report it to the front desk, and they opened it with a master key. They even told me I could keep the master key until checkout, but it was still a struggle to open it. I usually don't use the safety deposit box (I only used it this time because they explained it so thoroughly at check-in, which led to this mess), so I told them not to worry about it anymore. The person who came to fix it had their arm in a cast or something, which felt strange and a bit awkward. I've been furious before when the hot water stopped working and nothing was done despite reporting it in the morning before heading out, yet I still end up staying here again. I usually skip breakfast because there seems to be a significant difference in quality depending on how many guests there are. It's been great having a coin laundry right in front of the hotel now. The pool is quite shaded, so I imagine it can get a bit cold sometimes.

Amazing customer service, the front desk guys are so much fun, location is perfect close to everything and the room was pretty good, the restaurant could had been a bit better and the pool could be open more than till 8pm.

A very pleasant hotel! Everything was clean and fresh, and the pool area was great for relaxing. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was high quality. I’d love to come back!
