Highly recommend this place! Room is very clean, with all the amenities one might need including among others - toiletries in the bathroom, separate toilet, shower, sink and bathtub, washing machine, microwave, stove, separate sink for dishes, mini fridge, complimentary tea and coffee.
Food in the restaurant is excellent, rooftop is a nice place to relax and enjoy sunset. Centrally located, good value for money.

Service here is inconsistent. Be mindful when taking the shuttle it’s one way! They don’t tell you you can’t order ice after 1030pm. Staff are polite but they are playful at the desk. Again service is hit and miss but the beds are crazy comfortable and the rooftop is beautiful!!!

Arrive in the night and was greeted warm welcome from the receptionist. The room is not big but comfortable. Can hear the traffic but is ok as I had a good sleep.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Nice room and lovely rooftop. Swimming pool’s small tho.
However, it’s pretty loud at night from the traffic as the hotel is located in the middle of town and right on the local road. My boyfriend had a hard time falling asleep at night.
Breakfast is worth waking up for.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff are very presentable and considerate. Our requirement for quiet and twin-bed rooms were fully met. Rooms on the opposite side may face a busy and noisy road. The rooms are very clean (one can tell by cleanness of the floor tiles). The facilities (including bathrooms, pantries, balconies, etc) in the rooms are good and practical. The car parking service is excellent. The swimming pool at the roof top is great with sunshine, panoramic views and sea breeze which I miss the most. This is definitely a result of good hotel management and staff training.

I have stay in this hotel for 3nights, and changed room for 3 times! First night there is no hot water in the room. Second night water from the cap is yellowish. Third night same incident. Staffs are impolite, they are not here to solve problem but trying to blame for ur own sake.

Second time staying in Arbour hotel. As usual, the room is clean and comfortable . Hotel staffs are friendly and welcoming . The sunset view at the rooftop bar is still breathtaking!
The Only disappointment was that there was a construction ongoing at one of the shophouses below and the sound could be heard from my room.

We love this hotel! Excellent prepared food, beautiful view over the city while enjoying your drink. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast arrangement by prebooking your table is a perfect system and avoids buffet shortage etc. Also creates a nicer atmosphere. Staff very very cooperative and polite. will 100% come back.
