FOR SMOKER: this is not a smoker friendly hotel !!!! Good things: Location Beautiful view of the sea, from the pool/terrace. Good, varied breakfast. A very nice hotel from the entrance. Pleasant communication at the reception. Bad things: Total exclusion of smokers! Only one place is given in the corner, totally prohibiting and annoying being forced at check-in to sign that only if they think or find evidence that you smoked on the balcony or elsewhere in the hotel you will be fined 3,000 baht. It's not the amount, it's the way they manage the presence of smokers. !!!!!!! Room 401 very very dirty shower area....... it hasn't been washed there for months. This is not the fault of the cleaning lady but of the floor manager or in building A, who must give exact instructions for cleaning. I should mention that I stayed another time in building B, room 725 - perfectly clean.

The hotel is okay and conveniently located next to the beach. However, the service is poor — they forgot to provide the Wi-Fi information and accidentally gave my room key card to another guest, who then used it to enter my room. They did apologise afterwards, but that was all. Additionally, there were two baby sharks kept in a small tank at the restaurant, which was quite sad to see.

A nice hotel, very friendly welcoming. The room had a musty smell which was disapointing, everytine i entered the room it hits the nose but you get used to it after a while. Air con was cool and room was clean. There was no make up room / do not disturb sign, these are controled by electrical panel but these were broken and had to point this out to the cleaners who promptly found me a sign for the door. Nice dining area with massive fish tank display, never ate there so couldnt comment on the quality. The area is a great spit to base yourself, quiet and peaceful, 1 minute from the beach with bars, reaturants, convenience stores and massage shops around the corner. The only issue is transport, youll need a taxi app to get around.

The staff is nice but the hotel is very tired...we accidentally changed rooms because there was no hot water. Breakfasts are delicious, the hotel needs renovation.

Super friendly staffs, all are great. Very convenient for the room. Just one suggestion for the lobby should be more cool or well air conditioned since a bit too warm at the lobby. But overall are great.

Fantastic hotel! Beautiful grand entrance lobby and welcoming staff. Rooms are spacious and well laid out. Rooftop pool and deck area with bar and restaurant along with gym and games area - caters for everyone and the unrestricted view out from it is the best 🙂.

Service was good - stuff is friendly and we were welcomed with a drink. Check in / Check out is efficient. Room is getting old. Bathroom is dirty and mould everywvere. In addition to that the bathroom is very smelly. The AC is loud and too cold, even if you put it on 28degrees.

The room had a slight musty smell and the glasses provided weren’t very clean. However, the staff were very welcoming, and the hotel itself is beautiful and convenient.

Nice Room, Mattress a bit softer than the normal hard mattress you get in Thailand. Close to shops food 7/11.
