The hygiene was acceptable, no cockroaches, quite clean. The air conditioning was very loud. Most of the guests were Russian. The staff's attitude was okay, not overly warm or cold, but you could sense a bit of emotion if you asked too many questions, which is normal. Basic requests were generally met, but there were no slippers. The location is good, very close to Terminal 21.

The hotel is an old hotel and the room sizes are good. The bathroom and the showers are not working that well. The cleaning is everyday but they don’t do it properly. Hi

The room was very spacious and the service was incredibly warm. The facilities are a bit outdated, probably due to age, but overall it was good and offered great value for money. It's also quite convenient for getting around, not far from Rambutan Seafood Market.

The room was old but spacious. It was ok for the price but wifi was not working.

I have been going there so many yrs but this time omg it was horrible furniture broken air condition not working aunts all over towel smell safety box so old that every time we used it was blocked overhaul it was a night mare staying there I will never ever recommend any one from my family or friends to go at Wongamat privacy residences thanks a lot Dr Kapil sethi chicago usa

A very charming and well appointed hotel. Just a few minutes away from the busy area.

Nice pool and a large room! But no Wi-Fi at all in the room even tho the room has a smart tv, which makes no sense. .

The hotel is good in general, I enjoyed my stay a lot. Loved the fact that my friends and I got the rooms close to each other. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who seeks for convenience and simplicity.

Good hotel for the price near wongamat beach and terminal 21 , nice swimming pool , big room with shower and bath , security 24h , parking , fitness….

For the first time here, the facility of the hotel is full. Hotel is nice and good service

Overall its worth the money and close to the beach. Have parking space if you are travelling with cars or rent a car like us which is very convenient. For the sanitation I would suggest the hotel to provide deeper cleaning process as the room still very dusty this can see from the overhead bed.
