5-8min walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall.
You can ride their like a tuktuk not sure, for 10baht from Terminal 21 to Pattaya beach.

"This is for Jomtien Wing, which is a bit further from Jomtien Beach.
The lobby looks new renovated and remains in the ”Main Wing”. When entering everything looks quite new, modern and clean. After check-in we stayed in a room in the Jomtien Wing. This part of the hotel looks older, also the rooms inside don t match the lobby. However, I m intereted in a room in the Main Building.
There are two pools. One is on floor 3 and compared to the other small. The gym remains on the same floor. Furthermore, the big pool is in front of the hotel and has an amazing few on Jomtien Beach and the ocean. In itself it offers many possibilities for recreation. It s really a wonderful area.
Lastly, I want to praise the breakfast. It is inexpensive and offers many choices, be it Thai food, Western food, sweet, fruit, etc. Shout out to test the hotels omelett. These workers deserve a raise no matter what they earn."

"The location is excellent. Upon check-in, the security guard asked to see our passports and booking details, and then a butler came to escort us in, which made us feel very secure. The room is small but clean and tidy, equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and an electric stove. The highlight is definitely the pools. Building A has a beautiful infinity pool on its top floor, and Building B has a pool and a gym on the third floor. Your room card grants access to the elevators in both buildings. I'm very satisfied; I almost learned how to swim during my stay!"

We had an amazing stay at GCP Space Pattaya — this is truly a 6-star hotel for kids!
From the moment we checked in, the whole place felt like a full-scale space-themed theme park. Everything is designed with families in mind:
🚀 The water park is super fun and well-maintained
🚀 The indoor playhouse is huge and clean
🚀 And most importantly, the staff are friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy
The room quality is excellent — beautifully decorated with a space theme, very clean, and surprisingly practical.
Big fridge, comfortable beds, and a nice bathtub.
If I have to mention one small thing, the room lighting is a bit dim — but still totally fine overall.
Breakfast is superb! So many options with multiple cooking stations preparing fresh food. Lots of staff taking care of guests and keeping everything running smoothly — really impressive service.
The kids activities and space-themed courses are also very fun and engaging. My child absolutely loved them.
Overall, this hotel delivers way beyond expectations.
Perfect for families, and we will definitely come back!

"Overall I had a good stay at Mood Hotel Pattaya. The best part is definitely the location—just a short walk to the beach and close to attractions. Easy access to convenience stores, food, and transportation. The hotel decoration looks nice too with all the smiley faces. My room was a bit small but fine for one person. The only downsides were the view, which faced an inside courtyard and felt a bit dark, and some ant issues. I left a couple of pastries out, and they were completely covered by ants in no time! Just a tip: keep your food in the fridge to avoid that!"

"Great location, decent pool, great to have the welcome drinks at the top floor with view over the beach area.
The variety of food for breakfast varies a lot. One day we have a lot of food choices, spanning across all the buffet tables. On the other day, only about half was available. Probably they adjust according the number of expected guest for that day?
From my experience, there were 2 problems here. One is about the noise at night. I was staying at 8th floor facing the bar opposite the hotel. Music and screaming were clearly heard until around 4am.
The other problem was the water supply. Water pressure was extremely low. And hot water supple was extremely unstable. Need quite long time to adjust."

"The hotel itself is lovely. The stuff was kind and warm. Theres a lovely pool and a restaurant on site. Theres a 7/11 and mini C mart nearby. There’s also a night market 5 minutes away by car. Location is okay. Not the greatest but the not the worst either. Almost a halfway point to most attractions in Pattaya. I did have an issue with the bathroom, the shower drainage was not properly working but other than that it was a lovely stay."

"Nice relatively quiet hotel but with the potential for big events and meetings. The stay here was comfortable. Facilities for kids were nice, especially the slide was great fun. Breakfast was quite delicious with many choices. Enjoyed it!
Beach is small though and sea water wasn't the clearest at the time we were there but that's out of the control of the hotel. Fun entertainment with a fire show in the evenings on the grassy area in between the beach and the hotel's main area."

"As the hotel was under renovation, there was unbelievably loud noise in my room from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM! That was truly intolerable and annoying! However, it must be mentioned that this was only for the floors below 9. Besides that, regarding the price, the rooms are not that spacious.
After two nights, I decided to try the more premium rooms on the 9th and 10th floors and I have to say that the free lounge and more equipment there were not worth the 30% higher price!
What I enjoyed the most in this hotel was the swimming pool and the live music on Saturdays.
Breakfast was not a wow. It is easily in the 3-star class, which is disappointing for this price tag. Of course, the restaurant was big, but the content wasn't!
All in all, I experienced an average stay in this accommodation. I preferred the less expensive price tag, as the neighbors are offering more amenities at lower prices."

The breakfast area along with swimming pool little uncomfortable and I think there is a need of trained staff to handle., I can see the panic., otherwise food and quality is well maintained... I was looking forward to the food because I heard great things. My friends and I thought the food was okay.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, especially since it was quiet. I can imagine it being very crowded during peak season.

GGuest UserAs a frequent guest at this hotel I'm saddened by the appearance of beer bars next door to the property which this time made my stay much less enjoyable. The noise could be heard until the early hours of the morning.
Closing the open window vent in the bathrooms would be a good idea as the bathrooms are already ventilated by a fan anyway. A lot of noise penetrates there. Also weatherstripping around the front door ?
Still a good hotel but not quite the bargain it used to be.

MMIC. JI chose this hotel with room size as my top priority because I dislike small, cramped spaces. Many hotels post exaggerated photos that look disappointing in person, but this one looked exactly like the pictures. The room had a balcony, which made it enjoyable to step outside and admire the view occasionally. I especially liked how the air conditioner frame was built into the structure—it made the balcony look very clean and organized. However, the outdoor unit was quite noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable. Modern system air conditioners are much quieter these days, so I hope you’ll consider replacing it during your next renovation.
The wooden interior gave the room a calm and cozy feeling, and the shower was completely separate, so no water splashed out. My socks stayed dry for once, which was great. However, the toilet paper holder was placed awkwardly behind me, which made it a bit inconvenient—this could be improved.
The hotel created a small garden area next to the lobby café, and the trees there were truly beautiful. They’re about three stories tall—not many of them, but with enough variety in species to really make you feel like you’re in the tropics. It’s clear they take excellent care of the plants, and I loved that.
I also really liked the hotel lobby itself. It’s spacious and open, with a grand feeling comparable to many 5-star hotels. The only downside is that it was too dark. The café, too, was such a nice space, but because of the dim lighting, I didn’t even realize it was open at first and just walked by. If the lobby were a bit brighter and the café more lively, it could bring in a lot of additional revenue from those facilities.
The male front desk staff with long hair spoke excellent English, and the female staff were all very kind. The doormen were also genuinely courteous—it felt natural, not forced. That said, sometimes having the door opened every single time can feel a bit unnecessary, so perhaps that could be adjusted. It might depend on the individual housekeeper, but after cleaning, the bed sheets weren’t tightly stretched, and the floor didn’t seem to have been properly cleaned. There was something slippery on the floor, and it stayed that way for several days, which made it quite uncomfortable. It would be much better if the housekeeping staff could first vacuum thoroughly to remove all the dust and then clean the floor with a damp mop to make it fresh and safe.
Finally, one last suggestion: unlike hotels in many other countries, the TV wasn’t a large smart TV, so Netflix and YouTube weren’t available. It would be great if that could be improved.
I wish the hotel continued success and prosperity.

HHieuLQ1I recently stayed at Royal Cliff Terrace and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers excellent food, a breathtaking view, and a fantastic swimming pool that’s perfect for both relaxation and fun. Its convenient location near the beach makes it an ideal spot for beach lovers.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. While the overall experience was great, I feel it could be even better with more recreational activities for guests. Adding amenities like arcade gaming machines, ping-pong tables, and billiards would provide more entertainment options, especially for families and groups.
I would also love to see more retreat activities, such as yoga classes or guided tours, and more promotions or special packages to make the stay even more enticing.
All in all, Royal Cliff Terrace is a fantastic destination, and I look forward to returning!

AAkram HanafiA very nice and comfortable hotel to stay in while exploring the Pattaya Beach area. The location is convenient, just a 15–20 minute walk to Pattaya Beach and Walking Street. It’s a great way to explore the city, as you’ll pass by local stalls and eateries along the way and that’s where I had the best Som Tam ever! The breakfast was good, although the selection was limited, it was satisfying and filling.

GGuest UserNo slippers, tooth brush or toothpaste. But was mentioned in the booking so I should have checked again. The linen may have been washed with very strong detergent so I ended up scratching a bit. The front desk were mostly nice especially the morning shift but I wanted to extend and the evening front office used the excuse that the cleaning stops at 4 pm. Prices have gone up since my last visit and I got a single room where I paid almost the similar for a junior suite. There was a message in the lobby that said no wifi in the rooms during my stay and I was quite upset inside but on enquiry they mentioned that it had been fixed. So why the message/notice. It's under new management I heard so perhaps the changes mentioned but price wise it may not be value that I received 5 months ago.

When we returned to the hotel at night and requested an extra pillow from the night front desk staff named Puke, her response was extremely rude and unwelcoming. In fact, during our entire stay, not a single staff member smiled or offered a warm greeting.
As a hotelier myself, I know how important staff behavior is in shaping a guest’s decision to return. Even with a great property, such poor service will drive guests away — and for us, it certainly means we will not be coming back. This is not just a guest relations issue; it’s a serious concern for the management and owners, as it will directly impact reputation and revenue.
