Hotel is good , just so disappointed when i checked out . Hotel wanted to charge me for a tiny bed stain and used towels I left on the floor . I mean , what’s the whole point of hotel service. Aren’t they meant to wash the blankets and towels ? . Like really the lady by reception told me I should pay 1500 for damages . Don’t be cheated guys .

Очень близко к валкинг стрит, оживленный район. Есть все необходимое. До пирса идти 10-15 минут. В номере более или менее чисто, но постельное белье уже подуставшее и в душевой проблемы с оттоком воды.

The room is clean and no problem with the place and emenities. The service isn't good, the front desk officers are not approachable and welcoming. The deposit wasn't returned to ask just because we cannoy present the actual receipt( although i presented a copy of the receipt) . They refuse to communicate and just ignore our request. Not good sevice.

The place is about 15 minutes walking distance from the Beach. My experience wasn't bad there in the hotel. The room size was comfortable enough. But, they didn't provide any Toothpaste or toothbrush or any soap or hand was. There weren't any sandals either. These things I have got even in cheaper Hotels. The shower was slightly broken. The water wasn't draining quickly either. These are silly problems. But, the experience would have been better if these silly issues weren't there.

It's a modern local hotel chain but not my preference even at the economical price. There were a series of little problematic things that would prevent me from booking again. The property is behind the city electrical sub station and on a busy part time for South Pattaya road so easy to miss and a long way to turn around. There was some difficulty and delay checking in. The internet log in was a challenge and despite asking for help still had to figure out on my own. Despite being adjacent to the electrical sub station, they still lost power my last day, a huge explosion on the telephone pole as an insulator blew up, then several hours to repair, so I left early lugging my suitcase down 5 flights of stairs. So not for me.

JJigu0510I recently stayed at Somerset Hotel Pattaya, and while my experience had a rough start due to a booking mistake I made, the overall stay was enjoyable. Initially, I faced challenges in correcting the booking details, as Trip.com was slow to respond and unable to resolve my issue promptly. However, after much effort, the hotel kindly assisted with a name change, which I deeply appreciate.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location is absolutely perfect, offering great convenience. Despite the initial hiccups, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Just ensure your booking details are double-checked to avoid any hassle.

MMichaelWell, it was a spontaneous booking for one night and overall ok. But do not plan to come back.
The positive:
- nice comfortable beds
- friendly staff
- nice happy hour by the pool bar
- reasonably priced food
- free parking
What I didn’t like:
- they wanted to charge me half a day if I arrive before 3 pm (absolutely pathetic)
- the hotel has a Africa theme, a Mediterranean theme, a mine and all mixed together (really strange combi)
- breakfast buffet was mediocre, no cheese for the omlettes????
- the room has key operated bedroom sliding doors that easily shut and if you are in your pool room without a card in your pocket at all times you run risk of locking yourself out; there should be better ways
- poor room design leads to mosquitoes everywhere

Everything is great so i will explain what are my problems with it , which are minor..
The pool is great, but if you like sun you will enjoy it from 9 till 3 since the building are blocking the sun.
No balcony in the rooms, can be a problem for smokers.
Besides that, amazing place. 👌

Room slightly out dated but was big and clean.
Had a Grand Deluxe room which I think could have had a microwave and 3/4 fridge not a small bar fridge.
Has 2 pools which were adequate and a small gym.
Breakfast was good and a variety.
If you want to be away from tourist groups book a Deluxe room up.
Stayed here a few times and would recommend it.
Five minute walk to Tree Town where all the main bar areas and restaurants are in saying that bars and restaurants a plenty near Hotel.
Had an enjoyable stay.

The room is a little run down and we had to wait a long time time to check in.
They have two small pools which is a nice touch for a budget hotel. Overall recommend this place if you’re traveling on budget

UUncle Nick NickOlder bigger hotel in Pattaya. Has swimming pool, and so much to say about the exercise room. Good location, just across a big shopping mall and massage shops. You can forget their breakfast even it's inexpensive. Walk through the shopping mall is the beach road. Good size supermarket in basement. Be aware of the alcohol selling time, not 24hrs.Take the Baht bus to go around, or nearby Jomtien Beach. You can stand at the back if you dare. In morning not much activities. People go out when it's not that hot at night.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel room mostly was very clean except for a few long hairs that were on the floor in the bathroom near the door. They were easily visible and I understand the occasional hair will happen but these were multiple long black hairs that were highly visible. The rest of the room, sink, shower area were all clean. The bed was comfortable and had clean sheets. Unfortunately my room was in the second floor directed towards the side street where the bar played loud music until the middle of the night. The windows muffled the noise a little bit but thankfully I was only at this hotel for one night because I did not get any sleep. The hotel location is good but my room location was not. If I wore ear plugs I would of missed my alarm and flight. The hotel reception staff were all very pleasant and friendly. There is a convenient restaurant located through the entrance. You will have to pay 1000 baht deposit for any possible damage or missing items from the room.

Even though she tried to help but her attitude and expression shows like she was feeling annoyed therefore I didn’t take her help. I solved the problem by myself

TThin Lai Lai WaiIt’s beside the main road so that it is convenient to go .However , there is no seven near hotel . The key from hotel is a bit old so it is hard to open .I have to call security to open to the door whenever I come back from outsides. The bathroom is also clean .It is affordable to stay as a budget traveler
