Esse é um dos piores hotéis que eu já fiquei. O problema já começa na recepção, tinha 01 pessoa para fazer o check in na hora de pico gerando uma fila. Éramos 4 pessoas e fomos alocados no quarto 318- atins. Quando chegamos o quarto estava todo fechado fedendo a mofo. Eram 2 quartos com banheiro e a sala. Ao entrar no quarto das camas de solteiro, o banheiro estava com cheiro horrível de esgoto ( muito desagradável) e o chuveiro não esquentava. O quarto está muito mal conservado com diversas infiltrações e problemas em ambos os banheiros. Fiz uma reclamação sobre isso e nada foi feito. Outro o ponto é o serviço de limpeza que não foi realizado em 01 dia. Chegamos às 18h no quatro pós passeio e muito casados e a camareira bateu na nossa porta naquele horário querendo arrumar o quarto. O café da manhã é zona de guerra, você vai conseguir comer se vc for mais rápido pois a comida acaba e demora horrores para ser reposta. Pedi um omelete no primeiro dia o qual vc tira uma senha para ele ser feito , demorou 40 min e eu desisti. Funcionários mal humorados e não fazem questão nenhuma de ajudar. Ainda bem que fizemos passeios os 3 dias que ficamos lá com isso ficamos o mínimo de tempo nesse hotel. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum. Não estrague as suas férias ficando nesse hotel.
