Cleanliness can be improve. Still got stain on the mattress. Location Good, service good. Only accept cash as deposit payment.

Based on my experience at this hotel: • The hotel is generally clean. • The Wi-Fi is unstable and not suitable for people who need to work from the hotel. • There is no elevator, which makes it inconvenient for elderly guests, families with young children, or those carrying a lot of luggage. • The staff was contacted in advance and requested a lower-floor room. We were informed that the booking was confirmed and fully paid, but upon check-in, the room was no longer available and we were assigned a room on the highest floor. • No proper shower gel or liquid soap was provided, only a small bar soap. • The location is a bit far from Jerantut town. • More suitable for solo travelers or couples without young children or elderly family members. • The room rate is affordable, but these are some of the drawbacks. • No hot water was available. • Some rooms have a functioning TV, while others do not. Overall, the hotel is clean and budget-friendly, but there are several areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

I've stayed at this hotel many times while sending my child to university... it's not too far, and the price and service are reasonable.

1 really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even though it’s a small hotel located in a small, quiet town, it felt very welcoming and comfortable. I was greeted by two front desk girls who were polite, cheerful, and extremely helpful. They truly made a great first impression, and I sincerely hope the hotel management takes good care of them. The room condition was very satisfying — clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for a budget hotel. One thoughtful touch that deserves special mention is the prayer room (surau) provided, complete with clean prayer mats available at the lobby. This is a great effort by the hotel and something worth setting as an example for others. The shower pressure was strong and refreshing — honestly, no need for hot water anyway, this is Malaysia 😄. Parking was ample and convenient. Feeling hungry and lazy? You can easily grab instant noodles or coffee at the lobby. Feeling a bit more adventurous? Just drive/ride left or right from the hotel and you’ll find plenty of food options nearby. If I ever come back to Jerantut, this hotel will definitely be on my list again

The location was out of town need to drive for 10 min to reach town. The TV provided can't watch. Only 2 pcs of soap & 2 small bottles of drinking water provided. No lift need to climb upstairs. The twin bed were children size, very small. Not worth money paid for.

The hotel are average.  Base on the value of Rm50+ I can say it’s good for the value.  Something just for a good nite sleep as it is for and nothing more.  The only good as there are parkings infront of the hotel.

Sy hotel is few kilometres away from Jerantut city centre but very near to my favourite place for dim sum(dragon big pau) and quan yin temple.hotel is cheap and easy to park car in front of hotel.room is small,simple but clean and they do provide drinking water and TV.Good for short stay (one day)

Overall, the stay was okay, but the hotel is definitely not user-friendly or accessible. I would not recommend it for elderly guests or anyone with leg or mobility issues, as the stairs are extremely steep and can be quite challenging to climb. The hotel should seriously consider installing a lift to improve accessibility and ensure a more comfortable experience for all guests.

Everything is good except as receptionists is away when we arrived at the hotel (around 6:30pm). It’s been 10 minutes waiting time - we ring the bell at the counter, calling and lastly only can reached them when we call them via WhatsApp call. How can both staff not in the place at the same time 🥲

The hotel was clean. It worth it with that price. Recommended for short trip.

It's alright, convenient for getting around, and the price is good too.
