環境：新開的酒店設施都很新，停車場🅿️免費 服務：前台服務態度挺好的 房間：同等價位酒店裡偏小，且不通風… 早餐：種類是真的很少，對亞洲住客的胃口不友好，全是簡單的西式，但服務員態度還算不錯。 建議住房可以，不需要單獨額外付費加早餐，性價比不高，口味單一。

衞生情況好差，一入房居然垃圾未清，但職員服務態度好，立即道歉, 安排另一房間，早餐一般，沒有什麼好吃！

오픈 한지 얼마 되지 않은 곳이라 그런지 청결하고 쾌적한 곳입니다. 블루마운틴 여행을 위해 숙박하기 좋은 곳 같아요. 추천합니다.

Stayed at the hotel as part of a conference taking place in the adjoining function centre. The hotel is modern and smart, being so new it punches well above its weight for anything else on offer in the area. Arrival was quick and efficient, customer service throughout the stay was always courteous without being over bearing. Rooms are beautifully laid out with high quality fittings and fixtures. IT was great with high speed internet in the room and throughout the venue. The free car parking and easy access up to the lobby was a real plus, particularly with how much parking can be across sydney. If you're not looking to eat in the hotel there are a range of restaurants around, along with a Westfield shopping centre. There's not a lot more that could be done with such a great hotel and stay, well done Accor and Pullman. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples, professionals and families, give it a go you won't be disappointed. Also worth noting if you plan on exploring the Blue Mountains this hotel gives you a great base, with a shorter drive than coming from the CBD.

No mobile phone reception. Advised they have trouble throughout entire hotel. Needed connection so could not conduct business that I needed to. No desk Ordered room service, bread with dips. 2 bowls of same dip? Always stay at Mecure, thought would give Pullman a try. Never again. Will be heading back to Mercure where you at least have a desk to work from and can use your mobile phone

After a disappointing visit to one of Accors flagship venues we were understandably cautious about what to expect at the new Pullman Penrith. Admittedly being long time platinum Accor members we have grown accustomed to being looked after. Arrived and about to grab a luggage rack before a staff member appeared to assist us. Invited us inside and welcomed us as a priority guest, offered us drinks, complimentary reserved parking, baggage to our room and checked if there were any matters they could assist with before we went to our room. While we were the only ones at reception it was still seamless, professional and absolutely welcoming. We stayed in a end suite on the 5th floor and enjoyed the room and view of the Blue Mountains. The room is well equiped with a dual microwave oven, 3/4 fridge freezer and multiple power points for a range of devices, desk, cupboard, small table chairs and a large TV complete with a dedicated room smart device. Lighting was well thought out for a change. However, not big on the ‘green friendly” soaps as the pumps never seem to work and feel very budget hostel regardless of the ‘blinged up’ containers. Also not a fan of missing a top sheet. I sleep hot so find the weight and heat of the quilt really uncomfortable, though it’s not an issue for my wife. Unfortunately my wife was busy every day so I was a hotel husband and lone diner with her leaving at 6am and returning at 10.30pm. In spite of missing her company I was able to enjoy my meals ( the shared lamb I did solo with a generous side of split potatoes the highlight). The menu isn’t extensive but works. However, the highlight of the meals was the service from Kristy and Tiara that was as good, if not better, then any restaurant we have ever eaten in. Professional, personal and seemingly genuine. Such a contrast to our recent experience. Tiara was especially brilliant in organising Jen a takeaway breakfast and her meals to our room for when she finally returned each evening. She had also planned a dessert surprise for her if we had stayed longer. Really impressed with the hotel, restaurant, room and especially all the staff we dealt with. It was total class, impressive, appreciated and a credit to both management and the Accor brand. Our only disappointment we couldn’t stay longer. No surprise that they were totally booked out.

Outstanding hotel on so many levels. Very modern styled hotel, immaculately clean and well-appointed rooms, amazing staff that engage with their guests and great food served in the restaurant. My only gripe is the placement of the TV in the Junior suite, sat on a metal frame in the middle of the room and only viewable from the bed. Otherwise, our stay was faultless.

Firstly, the booking process itself was misleading and left a sour taste in my mouth. I made the reservation through *******, where the price was listed at $330. Little did I know, this was in USD, and upon arrival, I was slapped with a bill of nearly $700 AUD. Such a steep price for a hotel in Penrith is absolutely outrageous and felt like a complete rip-off. Moreover, the lack of basic amenities was disappointing. For a hotel of this caliber, one would expect at least a laundry service on-site. However, to my dismay, there was none, let alone an overnight laundry option. Additionally, the absence of a pool was quite baffling, especially considering it's a standard feature in most hotels nowadays. The bar was another letdown. It was minuscule in size and could barely accommodate more than half a dozen people comfortably. This made socializing or even enjoying a quiet drink after a long day's work nearly impossible. To top it off, the service was abysmal. One morning, I decided to grab a coffee from the café when it was relatively quiet. However, I was shocked to hear that it would take 15 minutes for a simple cup of coffee. There was no one else in the café, so the excuse of being busy simply didn't hold water. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. Lastly, the staff's demeanor left much to be desired. They came across as rude and indifferent, showing little regard for guests' comfort or satisfaction.

Overall luxury accommodation but having pool or spa was a let down. The restaurant menu is not quite kid friendly either.

A modern comfortable hotel which supports both business and social guests equally well. A calm oasis from the noisy hubble bubble of the city but with easy and cost effective reach of the sights and sounds of Sydney.

We had a great stay with two kids, breakfast selection was extensive and facilities lovely and new
