I’m disabled. The door next to handicap parking, broken. Had to walk around building, through a dark scary lot, over very uneven concrete, and a hill that’s difficult for me to climb.
The front door only opens half way. There’s no luggage cart.
There was no communication from the booking company to the hotel.

I paid extra for a 7th floor river view and extra towels and toiletries. The desk clerk said top floors have been closed because of pipe damage and flooding and have been for months! I paid EXTRA for a special stay, instead I get whatever is leftover! No choice but take the room, step onto elevator and trip! It doesn’t level with the floor.

Curtain didn’t close. It was completely broken! Phone, no dial tone. Bathroom, no soap, no towels. Desk clerk has us try another room. Not him, but us. That room hadn’t even been cleaned! The third room the fan wouldn’t stay on. The bed frame stuck out bruising my shins! The shower had no door just half a glass panel. The shower head too high to reach. I almost slipped through glass trying to adjust it! Everything in bathroom was wet afterwards. The toilet, toilet paper, sink, floor.
This hotel is very dangerous!!!
Also the first clerk said I could park next to the front door behind the concierge’s vehicle since I’m disabled. Next day new clerk said I can’t.
I want my money back!
I won’t be booking with them or YOU again!
