We stayed in the Guacamaya villa. It was very modern and comfortable for families. We had our own jacuzzi, swimminy pool and fire pit. Breakfast was included and had several great options. Food was good but service could be slow. Beautiful views and highly recommend the trail. Some parts of the trail could use maintenance. The hotel included courtesy transportation to and from the airport. Very close to the airport.

The hotel itself can be found at the end of a single lane backroad which can easily reached by car or taxi. The staff is friendly and the dining options are good and not overpriced. The entire property is relaxing and comfortable. The layout is lovely. On second look some details and maintenance are dated. One thing that bothered us were the less than cozy lighting options in the room at night. Basically full ceiling lights or two night table lamps that had mismatching light temperatures (warm white and daylight). The stylish bathroom came also with bright daylight lighting. (Good or bad depends on your preference) The torches or gas fireplaces were not in use but would have been nice at night. The breakfast experience was not on par with other high and spa hotels we have visited but not bad either. Overall I think it has been a pleasant one night stay. My expectations were perhaps a little too high which is no fault of the hotel.

Very relaxing stay. Loved the pergola for romantic dinners overlooking the pool and valley. Interesting hike up to two lookouts. Would recommend the coffee tour and trip to M****lla. Staff very friendly and their driver Jorge. Enjoyable massage with hot stones and relaxing jacuzzi.

We stayed here for a few days in December and had a brilliant time. The hotel is beautiful, our room was amazing, the food is great and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The views from the restaurant and the pergolas where you eat are fantastic! We did tours through the hotel which we highly recommend (to a coffee farm and Salento & Filandia) and also had a brilliant massage. We highly recommend staying here to explore the coffee region!

If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, this is it !!! It is on a mountain top with beautiful scenery of the valleys in Pereira. There are plants and birds all around for the nature lovers, also there is a trail to explore the surroundings. It is very quiet, clean and the staff is super friendly. I can't wait to go back in May.

I think this was one of the most enjoyable weekend stays I have ever had.
First, the staff is fantastic. They aren´t just polite, they act like they really enjoy their jobs and look forward to being of service. They were all amazing.
Next, the grounds in certain places were a little rustic because they are doing construction at this moment, but inside the room it was a different story. The room was large, the bed comfortable, great linens, and everything clean and in good repair.
Because of a new road that opened recently, this location is about 15-20 minutes from the airport, and the resort provided personalized transport to and from, which was very helpful and saved a bit of money.
They also have pools, jacuzzis, a turkish bath, a sauna, massages, and a nice restaurant area. I could go on and on but am limited for space here. If you like nature, need a getaway that is away from the city yet close enough to be convenient, is luxurious and tranquil, I suggest this place. I will be returning here.

What a wonderful peaceful place of haven ! I stayed here with my husband three nights and then we could have stay for ever. The hotel is located on a small hill surrounded by nature. We saw all kind of birds - the beautiful Mot Mot lot a parrots and so many else. You have a fantastic view from almost every Winkel- little small private spaces to hide a way and find silence. The stuff was super friendly and the spa is like a journey to Bali. Thank you so much for having us - we love this place so much and will take forever in our hearts ❤️

I had a great time staying here. The views we beautiful. We stayed 10 days in pereira and the tilapia was my favorite dish. Everything was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Highly recommend coming to this resort if you are staying in Pereira

Came from Australia and stayed for 2 nights. The most relaxing 3 days I’ve had for a long time. The staff were super welcoming and even had some English speakers to help with any problems that I had. Booked a spa treatment and even saw some native animals! If you are looking for a getaway amongst the green jungle, this is the place to go
