The room is spacious. The decor doesn't quite feel like a Ritz, but it definitely has an Edition vibe, which I actually quite like with its natural wood style. The location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and even a delicious ice cream shop right outside. The Chinese staff are all very enthusiastic, especially a young Chinese waitress at the bar who was very pleasant and knowledgeable about wine. The only minor letdown was the hotel's '***** new year' decoration, which clearly wasn't for Chinese New Year. I've been to many small towns on this trip, and even a small restaurant in Kalbarri had 'CNY' written up! It made me wonder if Korean management has taken over the hotel.

The Ritz-Carlton, Perth boasts an excellent location with stunning views of the Swan River. The service is impeccable, rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the high-level infinity pool offers an incredible experience. It's definitely one of the top choices for luxury accommodation in Perth.

What a stay! Clean, spacious and super quiet room. Huge beautiful bathroom and dressing area. Best beds ever. Loved the pool. Restaurants were pricey but top notch food and service. Easy walking distance to so many places. What made this stay though was the exceptional staff and their hospitality

We had a wonderful stay for my birthday and the staff are very attentive and kind, we were upgraded which was amazing! The spa, pool and the breakfast+++ I gave 4/5 for cleanliness because we found glass marks on the table and hair in the seat, but everything else was great, i recommend!

This hotel is located in the heart of Perth, right by the river, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, shops, a shopping mall, and upscale apartments, making for a beautiful environment. It's also not far from Chinatown, about a 15-minute walk. The hotel rooms are well-equipped, and our room offered lovely views of the river and the surrounding area. Both the bedding and the toiletries, including bath towels, were excellent and generously replenished each day. We especially appreciated the unlimited bottled water, which was a huge plus for us as we drink a lot of water. The bathroom even had a spacious clothes rack, perfect for hanging several items. The service was good, and the room was always kept very clean. The only issue was that the shower area didn't have a door, so water tended to splash out easily.

Amanda, who checked me in, provided excellent service and upgraded me to a Langley Park view suite. The executive lounge offers incredible views, and the food, especially dinner and the evening desserts, was great. The room was beautiful, and the night view from the 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows was absolutely captivating. The infinity pool on the upper floor provides a prime view of Elizabeth Quay. Another experience that exceeded my expectations!

Great location, good facilities. The pool has an amazing view, and the outdoor section is heated. The breakfast box was also very generous.

The location and views were absolutely fantastic, with all the main city attractions within easy walking distance. Our room offered direct views of the Swan River and the Bell Tower, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was also excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

The service and quality live up to the Ritz standard, and the sea view is excellent. P.S. The patience of one of the room service staff members (a lady) could use some improvement.

Not the Ritz experience of the past. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and have to admit the place has let itself go a little. Past luxuries seem to have been downgraded and the pool area, which we thought as average previously, has not improved. It’s in the shade for the majority of the day and when the sun does finally find its way into the area the infamous Fremantle doctor afternoon wind makes it an uncomfortable experience. Limited mixed gender facilities inside restricts couples’ activities. Not sure we’ll return

The location is fantastic, right in the CBD with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and very convenient for getting around. The views are absolutely stunning. I'm already looking forward to visiting Western Australia again next year!

Amazing service. We arrived exhausted after a red eye flight and arrived 7am at the hotel. We were so glad we had an early check in and free upgrade. Will stay again. 2nd stay here since 2020.

The room itself was generally good. However, the lighting system was a bit odd, particularly the bathroom light which couldn't be controlled independently. On the other hand, the room's cleanliness and housekeeping were excellent. The location was also great, very convenient for reaching the pier. While the breakfast selection wasn't vast, it was perfectly sufficient. A really nice touch was that they even gave us two bags of fruit and snacks when they found out we were going to the island. Overall, the service was superb.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Perth. From the moment we arrived after a red-eye flight, the service was thoughtful and warm. A special thank you to the hotel manager for the kind gesture of offering an early check-in—it made a world of difference for us. To our surprise and delight, we were also upgraded to a river view room. The room itself was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was immaculate, and the comfort was second to none. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. Staff were consistently attentive and professional without being overbearing. Breakfast was another highlight. The menu was delicious and changed the next day, which was a nice touch for guests staying more than one night. Couldn’t ask for more—thank you for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back.
