It is great location, room very clean...will stay at Novotel again if I visit Perth

We recently stayed at Novotel Perth Murray Street and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offers decently spacious rooms, which were modern, well-designed, and comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and room is clean upon our arrival. However, we did experience one service issue that detracted slightly from the overall experience. The body wash dispenser in our bathroom was empty from day one, and despite its noticeable lack, it was not refilled during our stay. We’re unsure if this was an oversight or a reluctance to restock, but it’s something that could be improved. That said, the hotel’s central location and excellent room comfort make it a great choice for travelers. With a bit more attention to such details, the stay would have been flawless.

Had enjoyed my stay at Novotel Perth Murray Street with my family. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed hanging out at the lobby lounge to chill and catching with some emails after a long day out. We will be back!

We were upgraded to a bigger room so photos are not the rooms we originally booked. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Room was clean, service staff and amenities were amazing. Enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

Wanted to add an extra bed and was rejected by a receptionist, quoting this had to be done in advance and our room type won't be feasible, since the booking was by third party (Trips.com). Provided email communications and booking details and finally got to talk to the manager. The manager finally agreed to add an extra bed. I wonder what's gone wrong. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, easy to reach all the tourist spots. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, it had very good sound insulation. Parking, if you need to get the car multiple times per day you need to pay an additional $10 each time, It is better to pay directly at the parking machine that will be cheaper.

Everything is excellent. A memorable trip for us whole family. Shopping, foods all just within walking distance.

Location is great and rooms are clean but the design is slightly dated.

Location is good . Water are from dispenser they do give free flow of sparkling water and distilled water fill it in your own flask .room was big

Seamless check in & front desk staff is very helpful. Breakfast spread is awesome & walking distance to malls and train station.

The hotel location is quite central to food and attractions around the city. The breakfast selection is quite k too, although service needs improvement. Overall safe place to stay with basic amenities and centrally located.

The location is fantastic. Many cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. There's also an Asian food court just below Coles. The shopping area is just less than ten min by foot. The room is very cozy and clean. Comfortable bed and good room size.

Our room was upgraded to deluxe King room from Superior room. It was a very nice stay in this hotel. I like everything about this hotel.

The location is near Perth station, walkable distance. There were a lot of night life activities around the hotel. The room we stayed was clean. However I had to call them to get them to make up the room when I came back at 3pm in the afternoon which I was quite surprised. They were very prompt in responding and finishing it. Overall it was a pleasant experience staying here
