Hi I was well impressed with the room i had 316 👌💯❤️ The room was spacious, smart tv which was appreciated! The bathroom was great , the shower was amazing, everything was provided and wasnt a thing left out, as all was there in the room ready to go and use. I went down and asked for another blanket and reception was great about, as i was very grateful for! 🙏 Location was brillant! The history of the building itself, i was very lucky and felt privilledged being able to stay in a heritage listed building with so much history behind it and well if the walls could talk , and just the architure for its time and well absolutely stunning 👌💯❤️😊 I had very good night sleep, and was very pleased with my stay and was very happy. And appreciated that it was at a price a night that do able , and tbat didbt hurt the wallet too much. Was well impressed, and will definitley recommend to friends and family, and i will definitley being staying again and think it has and will become the place of choice of where to stay every time i.come to Perth in the.future and in time to come, and well a place which already felt like a home away from home ❤️ Once again, thankyou so much! 🥹❤️💯😊👌🙏 Thanks Kind Regards Tahnee Rai McGlew

A very low budget motel, that needs a lot of work to bring it up to a standard that you would expect from a central city located motel. Old furniture, blankets that are old and not clean, corridors are sub standard. Won't stay here again. Those also want a $250 deposit which is way too much for a substandard motel. The location is very good but the actual condition of the hotel let's it down. Room rates don't match the experience..

This hotel is a bit old. Even though I stayed in a newly renovated king room, I couldn't open the window for ventilation. I could also see construction debris accumulated between the old and new window panes that hadn't been cleaned. The front desk service was quite indifferent. Room 301 was tiny, barely fitting a bed.

Location is great and value for money. My room's aircon not works.

Reception staff was very hospitable, the location is also close to down town, we had a happy stay.

The hotel is quite old. But the location is convenient. Nearby, there are shops and restaurant. It is also close to Elizabeth Quay.

The room was quite spacious and well-equipped, and the price was reasonable. It's a great option for a short stay. It happened to be the weekend, so there was no construction noise in the morning, which was a plus. Check-out was also very quick.

The Location is great as it was in the center of the CBD and just in front of Perth Library, however the hotel itself needs a lot of upgrading. The furnitures are old and dirty, the internet is slow and there are no microwave in the rooms considering that there are no available common areas and kitchen. The restaurant also close down a long time ago so details should be updated as well. There are also a lot of banging and noise that yiu can hear so it really is hard to sleep at times.

I've stayed here previously. It's very central to everything in Perth city. The accommodation is clean but average. It's comfortable. The customer service is great

Location was fantastic. It was minutes away from Perth train station and busport, malls and supermarkets. Facilities-wise, the hotel interior definitely looked way older than the pictures. The wooden floor creaks with every step I take. The power plugs were located and hidden at weird parts of the room. I had to use the electric kettle in the bathroom. The TV remote control does not work, there were only 2-3 watchable channels depending on luck with the TV reception. The toiletries provided was just a tube of shampoo and a small bar of soap for my 5 nights stay, The bathroom was very clean and spotless, only problem is the leaky taps. The room and sheets and towels were clean as well, except the carpet felt icky. Would be good to have some indoor slippers. The receptionist could be more friendly in his appearance and tone. I appreciated that he allowed me to deposit my luggage earlier and also to check in early at 1pm. But the way I was spoken to was very transactional and something he wanted to get done with. For example, I was not informed of the free wifi in the hotel until I asked about it.
