The double room was perfect for my parents and myself. Room is spacious, but only missing things are some bathroom amenities (shower caps, toothbrushes etc). Wish they provided the room slippers as well.
Otherwise, location is great - just a short walk to Hay Street and Murray Street where all the shopping can be done. There was also a perfect cafe (The Wolf Espresso) just at the corner of the hotel on Hay Street. Also just about to 15-20 mins walk to Perth Station. The rooms are not super sound proof as we can still hear our next door neighbours talking loudly all night.
But overall still a great place to stay at.

I was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. The lobby was incredibly small, and the large mirror at the reception was confusing, making it easy for guests to accidentally walk into it. Surprisingly, there were no toiletries provided in the room, so we had to call staff just to get a toothbrush delivered. The hotel robe was very low quality, almost resembling a kitchen rag, which was a letdown.
The swimming pool was also tiny and didn’t allow for much relaxation or enjoyment. The breakfast spread was pretty average—nothing impressive or memorable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay.
The only real highlight was the beautiful view from our room, which was truly stunning. But for a 5-star experience, I expected much more.

Great location. Walking distance to the ferry station, kid playground, nice restaurants.
However, a bit disappointed with this Ritz.
We have stayed for 5 nights. I was annoyed by the housekeeping staff have moved my personal stuff around every single day.
The bedsheet was dirty.
Over charged the BF (BF was instead).
Well, generally speaking, it was OK, but not quite as good as the other Ritz Carlton we had stayed before.

3rd stay here over last 6 or so months. I don't know, but it seems a bit less attractive to stay here now. The room is essentially minimalist but perfectly acceptable. Room was very noisy on level one next to an equipment room, but the rate I paid was good so I have no complaints on that.
The really big issue was the clearly misleading marketing in the lifts. It advertised a breakfast deal for $20, but when I rang to book breakfast the receptionist had to check with someone and recieved a short reply ”you have buy for every night of your stay”. ie 5 breakfasts.
The really great thing about this hotel is breakfast and more from 6am at the Dome, a west Australian cafe chain out the front two right turns, next corner.
Unsure if I'll return to this hotel. For me now it's in thumbs down territory, primarily for the deception where it matters muchly, the stomach ransomed to the pocket.

We stayed for 8 days and truly enjoyed our stay. Respnsive housekeeping service, clean room with nice waterfront view plus a good location very near Elizabeth Quay. The F&B Manager, Trung had been very hospitable and friendly during our daily hotel breakfast sessions. One suggestion is to have more variety in food choices for occupants on longer stays.

Lokasi bersebelahan kedai Apple di Perth. Bagus dan tengah. Berhampiran dengan kawasan cbd membeli-belah dan berhampiran dengan pasar raya Woolworths dan Coles di Raine Square. Menggunakannya sebagai pangkalan untuk menerokai Perth betul-betul di sebelah.wesley church yang merupakan tanda tempat yang bagus berhampiran dengan hotel. Tempat letak kereta adalah sukar walaupun dan mahal. Bilik itu sangat bersih dan indah tetapi anda perlu meminta perkara seperti berus gigi dan pencukur yang dihantar ke pintu. Kakitangan yang sopan sentiasa baik dan membantu serta tidak sabar untuk menggembirakan. Saya diberi daftar keluar lewat yang banyak. Wanita pembersih juga sangat baik. Satu isu ialah bilik saya jauh dari lobi lif. Seperkara lagi dispenser air terletak di sebelah tong sampah terbuka dan kadangkala saya dapat melihat lalat berlegar berhampiran tong sambil mengisi watet saya dengan tergesa-gesa di sebelahnya. Secara keseluruhan saya menikmati penginapan saya di sana.

On the whole speaking, we had a happy stay in the hotel for 3 nights. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. Every time when we stepped in or out the hotel, the staff at the entrance will give u a very friendly smile and say hello. The room was elegant with modern design furniture; which makes the user feeling comfy when stay in the room.
The only thing is the buffet breakfast is under expected. Being a 5 star hotel, less choices and the food quality is just average, nothing impressed me. It really below average when compares with the other Continental Hotels in Asia.

Thanks Novotel for the nice experience. It was a very pleasant trip except my teen boy refuse to leave the room, bed & movie to travel around to see more of Perth.
The only thing that needs to feedback was when checking-in, there was a half drank bottle in the fridge.
Other then that, the front counter staffs & restaurants people are all very nice.

We recently stayed at Novotel Perth Murray Street and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offers decently spacious rooms, which were modern, well-designed, and comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and room is clean upon our arrival. However, we did experience one service issue that detracted slightly from the overall experience. The body wash dispenser in our bathroom was empty from day one, and despite its noticeable lack, it was not refilled during our stay. We’re unsure if this was an oversight or a reluctance to restock, but it’s something that could be improved. That said, the hotel’s central location and excellent room comfort make it a great choice for travelers. With a bit more attention to such details, the stay would have been flawless.

IIvan LeiFacilities of the hotel is excellent, we especially enjoyed the swimming pool which was well designed and good for photos. Cleanliness of the hotel is yet to be improved, there was a piece of chicken meat left in the sink until the water flushed it out, and some black molds sticked on the wall and floor in the bathroom. This was not expected for a six stars hotel. The view of Swan River is perfect at the rooms we stayed.

Ppetrina yeoWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

The hassles started when we had a flight cancelled by Virgin. Despite speaking to the manager, the hotel would not credit is for the 1 night lost (or extend our stay by one night). No negotiation. No refund.
We had upgraded our room to a pool view. You can see from the photo that it is more a car park view. I can't say I have seen a bigger car park. It was that big it almost shut out the daylight. I did complain and we did get moved after 1 night to a slightly better room. I overheard a conversation from another customer who was similarly unimpressed. The hotel are being disin genuous with their advertising.
It's a large conferment hotel with very basic customer service.
The breakfasts are average.
The rooms are tired
Or room wasnt cleaned one day and when I enquired the answer was ”they were too busy”!!!
I summary only stay here if they're is morning else in female.

PPengguna TetamuLoved this hotel. I was a little nervous about some of the review/descriptions describing it as shipping containers -- but once you are there, it just feels like any normal hotel. The rooms are compact, but totally sufficient. The design is great, beds are super comfortable, AC worked well, bathroom was really nice.
And the service was fantastic. It's a boutique hotel and you really felt the personal touch. They warmly greeted us on arrival, were happy to store our bags, gave all kinds of great advice, etc. On the morning of our check-out, we had to get an early start and hit the road at 7am (to catch the 7:30 ferry to Rottnest Island). Breakfast starts at 7am, so when we asked the night before if we could get some kind of to-go box, the lady at the front desk said she would just arrive a little early in the morning and have everything ready at 6:45 so we could eat something before we left the hotel. Amazing! They also let us just leave our suitcases in our room and said they would bring them down and store them at the front desk. We really felt like they actually cared about us and were willing to do whatever to make our stay great. Highly recommend!

Breakfast is norm but get in early as staff just shrug and say, it’s late (8.10am) when food wasn’t replenished. Walking distance to town and river and bars

AAgnesCherI would like to commend and thank 2 hotel personnel, Mr. Front Desk and a lady who found my sling wallet and return it to me at the front desk counter.
I reached the hotel around 7:30pm and was asked to put a credit card deposit of AUD100. I couldn't find my credit card and after 10-15 mins of searching I confirmed I have lost my credit card. I ask to pay my deposit by cash and was told cash deposit is AUD250. I am puzzled by the difference in the amount required but agreed to pay the cash amount and asked for a receipt. He told me there is no receipt and that the money will be return the next day when I check-out. I was doubtful but have no choice but to take his word for it. And thankfully YES the money was returned to me the next day and I would like to apologise to Mr. Front Desk for doubting him. Sorry and thank you for your patience!!
As for the hotel, the location is quite good ... it is about 30 mins drive from the airport. Guest also park for free here.
The one bedroom apartment is big, clean and spacious.
The down side is the lighting is too dim and the air-con was so noisy.
Nonetheless, I only stayed for a night so that really didn't bother me too much.

PPengguna TetamuI booked online. Soon after I booked, I called Alderney on Hay to clarify the room. As I needed twin beds for my friend and I. On my arrival there was a queen bed. I was told it was going to cost me another $25 dollars extra to split the bed into two. Or they could open up the 2nd bedroom for $30 extra per night. Three nights at a total of an extra $90 dollars. Checking with them about my phone call to clarify the twin beds. The lady state that my phone call was received about the twin beds, but the receptionist didn’t let the house staff know. With my long day of travel and the look on the housekeeper’s face, that she had more work to do at knock off time. I just said open the other room. Laying in bed that night thinking. No, this it not my mistake… And I shouldn’t have to pay extra. I when to reception to discuss the matter. I was told the 2nd bedroom was unlocked. Which is wasn’t and my daughter can clarify. The receptionist could fix the situation and she was going to get the manager to contact me. No contact made. Plus the several times I was at reception to fix the problem. The manager was on the phone or not there.
